We connect the tools you already use, including HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Stripe, Calendly, and more, with no rip-and-replace. Every engagement begins with a structured discovery process and a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal, so you always know what you are paying for before work begins. Founded by two HRDA-certified engineers, Dabster Labs has shipped 50+ automations and saves clients 200+ hours every month. Our work is documented, GDPR and EU AI Act compliant, and delivered in both Greek and English. We measure success by outcomes: hours saved, leads captured, and revenue processed.

I run seminars and private sessions as…

I run seminars and private sessions as part of my job, which contains a lot of client communication. Before working with them, all my follow-up was manual and I was losing people simply because I did not have time to reply to everyone.
They built us a professional CRM with automated follow-up sequences and automated messages for clients attending the seminars and our other services. The setup was fast and precise, and they understood our needs without delay.
3 months later the automations are still running properly, and every time I need support or a small adjustment to the agents. Very happy and would recommend.

Dabster Labs automations save us so much time

Between booking calls, e-shop orders, and patient follow-ups, my team was spending half the day in WhatsApp and email. Dabster Labs connected our booking system, our shop, and our patient intake into a single flow — reminders go out automatically, orders land in our accounting system, and I see every new patient before they walk in. We stopped losing hours to admin.

Fantastic experience completing my AI training (supported by ANAD) with this team. I haven't encountered trainers before who are so dedicated to helping you succeed. These guys are amazing

These guys are amazing. They took the time to understand where I was spending most of my time and all of a sudden, my emails were sorted and assigned to tickets, my bank transactions were automatically converted as ready to import double entry transactions in my accounting software and my CRM was twicked to my specific needs, making it vastly more value adding than the original set up. The flexibility and adaptability demonstrated was impressive. Keep up the good work !!!
