Bob arrived within a week of ordering

I have a small kitchen so unable to have regular size, saw Bob in an ad, was so excited looked in further, and decided to purchase. I brought him for my husband birthday he is over the moon, we just played with Bob we were like children in candy store.
We did a glass wash, super fast,

Love the little sounds he makes to let me know he has finished.

Bob dishwasher is great and runs more or less flawlessly with the occasional software issue, but it is very overpriced. WiFi almost never works, so it's better to not connect it. Other than that I would recommend it, the size of the dishwasher is ideal for a small flat.

Bought a Bob for my caravan. Might sound self-indulgent, but it uses a lot less water and electricity than filling the sink several times a day. Really pleased with the product. Cleans really well and is very quiet. Arrived with a small runner broken - they sent two replacements immediately. The huge import duty is a bit of a reality check - but we can’t blame BOB for Brexit !!

Absolutely love Bob! A much welcome addition to our kitchen. Zero problems, zero complaints.

Love my bob dishwasher! Fits perfectly in my house, where any other dishwasher wouldn't! It's been a game changer in kitchen where, as a shift worker, I used to have things pile up. It's so easy to install and of course, has the added benefit of being portable!

Purchased a Bob dishwasher from them, arrived pretty quickly (as quickly as a product from France can get to the UK anyway!) It's been an amazing addition to our kitchen where we cannot fit a full size dishwasher in. We had a bit of an issue where we overfilled it with water, contacted the company, and their customer service was excellent. We were given a few easy to try options, and when they did not work, sent new parts which got Bob working again as it should be. Cannot recommend highly enough,

Being disabled was worried lifting, setting up Bob etc. 5 working days delivery, excellent packaging and easily fixed it up with the clear instructions.
Bob has changed my life and my carers who is amazed at how clean my kitchen is and how much more energy I have.
He is worth getting married to…haha
No need to take as long as I did thinking about this purchase, would recommend Bob.

Our Bob functioned well for less than a year until it flooded the kitchen floor. We sent an enquiry about next steps and got some guidance from customer services which seemed fine. We did what we were told and reported back and sent a picture of the insides of the machine. The fix worked for a few washes then a huge leak. Since then we have been told we removed a pipe (we didn't remove anything), we removed a blocker (what's a blocker?), we need to put the blocker on (we don't have one) they will sent us the blocker (they haven't) the blocker hasn't arrived (we told you that). In the meanwhile each agent writes nonsensical replies that repeat, contradict or confuse the situation further.
I have a young baby and I'm moving house and trying to administrate this has taken a month been a huge waste of time. No company who cares about people puts them through this merde.
They say they are waiting for me to reply. But 25 emails in and no sign of someone taking account of the whole picture, writing disjointed replies and not answering the questions we ask....well why would I waste anymore time engaging?

Purchased, but couldn't afford the £100 import charge.
Spoken to their customer services who seem to be very short, and abrupt. Told that a refund could take several weeks once the item has been received back. None of my details were taken to check on the status for me or any updates offered, just the abrupt messages.
I hope their customer service is better for people who get their deliveries, and they aren't as uncaring as they have been with me so far. UPDATE. Still no email received, and still no refund. Dropped down to 1 star now. And as you can see from the reply from them, their customer services are not apologetic, and very sharp with their answers.

I love it already! Connected, set up and washing in 30 mins. And it’s super cute.

Not had the dishwasher long, I chose Daan Tech as I like the sleek look, plus checking out online video reviews.
The transaction to the UK was very smooth.
On using the machine, Id say the tablets work better for me than the cassette, got rid of marks left by drinking black tea.
Over all, a very smart looking and performing dishwasher....

Absolutely amazing!!!! love my mini dishwasher works just like a normal one and everything comes out clean,well worth the money. Their customer service is amazing,I asked a question I'm an email and got a reply by the next day,I highly recommend them.

I ordered the dishwasher at a total cost of £400 with all the needed extras. More than I hoped but I was excited given good reviews and small space. I then received notice to pay another £86 on import duties, which I was not warned about. In addition, before this I was scammed by another company (£150) faking to be this one (not their fault). So the total of £636 is way more than I wanted to or could spend. Still awaiting a refund for the £400.

Arrived very quick order was spot on .No damage very easy instructions .We couldn't fit it in our kitchen as it is bit higher than we thought so we managed to fit it in a cupboard on top of our small tumble dryer. It looks great and quite easy to set up .Although we are elderly couple and setting up wifi is a problem for us !!! Don't think there is a need for WiFi for us .Dishes come out very clean we love our bob and would recommend buying it .Although it was expensive and the 86.00 pounds duty was nonsense!!! Using the cartridge which is working very well .Happy at moment with bob just a shame he is hidden in cupboard x

Bob was fantastic to use, water efficient, cleaned the dishes perfectly, quick, looks stylish and is definitely small - for the month it worked before breaking...
Highly disappointed as it seemed fantastic quality so far. We went away for 5 days, it worked perfectly fine before, but upon our return we used it once then suddenly it couldn't connect to the internet and froze on a perpetual wash cycle. After being forced to turn it off and on again mid-wash as it wouldn't stop, it will no longer load past the first screen.

Edit since initial post -
Bob has since been fixed by a part sent to us via DAAn Tech! Customer service was fantastic, quick, helpful and friendly. Fix was very easy to self service, but I also had the option for DAAN to fix if I chose to post it to them (which they would pay for). Bob is now back to working and is fantastic once more. Still would highly recommend, the odd faulty part happens and couldn't fault the customer service.

I purchased a Bob dishwasher after watching a YouTube video reviewing it. Seemed like it would be perfect for my needs. Worst purchase I've ever made and would never recommend this product. Funny thing is, the YouTube channel I watched has recently updated with similar faults and reviews of this product.
The Bob dishwasher is not fit for purpose at all. It regularly stops functioning and crashes mid-cycle resulting in the need to unplug, drain and restart a wash cycle only for it to happen again. Then there's the big faults where it needs sending back to be repaired - in less than a year of owning this product it's spent more time broken than working. When it breaks don't expect any quick responses from daan tech - you may get a reply in a couple of weeks, you may need to chase up a response. When dann tech finally agree that it needs repairing by them prepare to wait months for it to be sorted. Daan tech's customer responses are extremely poor.
At the time of writing this review (March 2022) my Bob dishwasher is once more broken and awaiting reply from daan tech for it returning for repair. If Daan tech agree for it repairing again, due to the extremely slow customer service, I expect it returning by August, going by previous experience.
Yes, Daan tech provide a 2 year warranty for the Bob dishwasher, but it is purely because it is so unrealiable as a product.
At this point I have felt the need to involve trading standards and request a full refund, something I've never had to do before for any other purchase.
Other reviews on here also confirm the poor customer service and aftercare.
