Ordering was straightforward and I received the bbq within a couple of days. It was easy to build taking about half an hour. There was some factory damage and my experience in getting that sorted was excellent. James with whom I dealt with was polite, courteous and proactive in resolving the issue.

Great service. After I placed my order, James called me to explain when the order would be despatched and delivered. Talked through some other products to go with my BBQ. All arrived as promised and is a fantastic product; can't wait for the better weather to arrive!

We have used these bbq's for many year, my husband did 4 tours of Cyprus.
We didn't get our recipe book, but other than that brilliant & look forward to better weather.
