I ordered a single product. It was turned into a subscription without my authorization. I attempted to cancel but the shipments and charges keep coming. The return address is El Monte, CA

My first order was hung up in customs. I contacted customer service and was helped all the way thru my issue by Ofelia. She was excellent! Very professional and polite, even when I was a bit frustrated. I give her a rating of 5 stars. She answered me quickly and was determined to give me a great first impression of the company.
Awful customer service poor product
I bought a pack of 3 I didn't realise they put me in a subcription so the following month they also sent me three products and I wasn't even through a tenth of the bottle. I spent over 80 pound with them. The product doesn't work and they have disgusting customer service. I was dealing with John who kept coming back with stupid answers when asking for a full refund because they promise a 60-day money-back guarantee. Initially he said I will give you 10% as a good will gesture which I wasn't accepting and took it further and told them I will contact the financial ombudsman. He eventually said he can give up a 30% refund and will issue it instantly. I am still talking to John until I get my full refund.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased this product, then received another order a month later. Apparently I had signed up for a subscription (I did not see this anywhere). I asked them to cancel the subscription and told them it should be made an option to add as a subscription. But that’s their plan. They kept emailing me asking about the product and if I’m enjoying it, I explained I don’t want it, I mentioned to cancel the subscription again but what arrived today? Another order!!!!! And yes, money deducted from my account. They have since blocked me from commenting on their social media ads.

Just another scam artist
This company is a scam and an absolute joke. First, it took over a month to get my initial order. Then I used the product for about a month with no results. Their AI customer service bit gave some suggestions on use to see more results so I implemented those tips. At the two month mark I still had zero results. According to their return policy “if you are not satisfied within the first 365 days you can return the product for a full refund”. So i initiated a return around the 3 month mark from my initial purchase. This is where they really show their true colors. I’ve been emailing them for 4 weeks now trying to get a refund. I’ve been offered 10%, 20%, 25%, 30%, but never the full amount. They even stated the 30% refund had been processed, but it was not. I send photo proof that the serum didn’t work for me and in every single email I said i would happily returned my unopened bottle and the mostly empty one if that was required. I’m 99% sure I’ve been emailed an AI bot though, because they act like I never offered either. Do your self a favor and stay far away.

I got a bottle that had leaked during transportatio, the customer service representative Glessy has been amazing with taking care of the situation, and keeping me informed every step of the way.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Bought 5 bottles of their product advertised as seemed a good deal and thought it would last me ages. I was unknowingly signed up to a subscription so one month later I received another 5 bottles when I wasn’t even a quarter of the way through my first bottle. I kept using it for several months but didn’t see any results so contacted asking to use their 365 day refund policy. Customer service offered me a 10% discount to keep the product and that I would have to send it back to Netherlands. I told them that was fine and I didn’t want a partial refund, I wanted to return for a refund. We went backwards and forwards with them keep offering me an extra 10% and eventually got up to 40% despite me keep telling me I wanted to use their advertised return policy. They then told me they had issued a partial refund (which I never got) and stopped replying to any of my emails. I had to go through my bank and request a chargeback in the end.
Great support in my hour of need
I queried an order that came through and I received a response soon after from Mhina that explained the situation and how I could resolve the issue I had. With her support I was able to sort it out and relax! Great customer service!

This serum is incredible! My wedding photos are next month and thanks to Cyperglow I'll be hair-free and radiant for the big day. I was panicking about facial hair in close up wedding photos. Tried everything in the months leading up and nothing worked until this. Week 6 now and my upper lip and chin are smooth. My makeup artist even commented on how good my skin looks. Perfect bride!
Shady company and bad product
I initially found this product somewhat effective. Recently, however, it seems different: it has a strong perfume-like scent, a thinner/watery consistency, and it’s been causing red bumps on my skin. The packaging also changed—from 2 fl oz to 1 fl oz—yet support has repeatedly told me the formula and size haven’t changed, despite the label showing 1 fl oz.
On top of that, I discovered I’d been enrolled in a subscription I don’t recall authorizing. When I asked to cancel, instead of canceling for me they sent instructions after a delay, and another shipment processed in the meantime. I emailed immediately to stop that order and still haven’t received a response. At this point, I’m considering next steps to address the misrepresentation and billing issues.

Finally, they got in contact with me saying they would offer me a refund and will stop the payments if I leave them a good review.
Again, they are still trying to take money out.
After contacting them telling them they’ve tried to take a further 3 payments, they said this will be sorted.
Two weeks later, I keep getting notifications basically daily of them trying to take the money out.
I advise everyone of this happening to report it to your bank immediately.
