I made a subscription to them. However, after the second month I sent them an email to stop the subscription. They answered that they will stop it and I got a confirmation mail of the canceling of subscription. However, in next month, they took again money for subscription without my constent.

Have been using as recommended for months now, and I have seen no change at all. I have PCOS facial hair growth and this hasn't even made a dent in my normal fine peach fuzz that everyone has. I'm still plucking the same every morning as I always have, no reduction in hair and no reduction in time spent plucking. I'd like to see them do a stronger strength serum to see if that would make a difference.

It didnt work for me i ended up with more hair and even though their site states you can get a full refund good luck trying they have been giving me the run around since early December and still nothing. I will now be posting on every pop up advert I get. They were willing to offer me a 20% and then a 60% but I said I wanted full they keep sending back the same email saying they are looking into it.

Product hasn't worked for me. Used for around 6 months with very little results, if any. Definitely doesnt work withing first week like it promises.
Luckily, I paused my subscription as soon as I signed up so I dont have the same issue as other customers.

They don't make it clear that you sign up for a subscription. I didnt need 3 more bottles, who goes through 3 in a month! Also the product is snake oil it doesn't work, save your money! I contacted them asking to return the 3 new bottles and they suggested i keep them. I politely told them the product isn't working and I want a refund, where is the returns address. This ended in a back and forth email chain where they offered me 10%, 15%, 20% refund. They then insisted that id lose money returning to an international company. I then pointed out my parcel has a return address in the uk so obviously I don't need to post international and you do offer a returns and refund NO FUSS. This went back and forth again with a measly offer of %20 refund. I returned the box unopened kept photographic proof, proof of postage and tracking. I then had to email them to request my refund AGAIN! avoid them at all costs. Also they'll try and guilt trip you "we're a small female run business", so what! You're selling snake oil, stfu 😤 AVOID

I purchased once, and then without knowledge or consent they retrieve money automatically and send orders every month. Tried to cancel subscription from their website, just cancelled the next month order, i need to block my card to cancel. Lot of trouble!!!

Please do not buy it. it’s a scam. And if you already have bought contact your bank and block them as you automatically go on subscription and you cannot delete it.

I have been using this product for 4 weeks now and can definitely see an improvement with less hair and not growing back as aggressively

This product does not work! When I reached out for a return or refund they gave me a hard time pressuring me with 10% refund. They claim 365 money back guarantee if the product does not work for you but it’s a LIE LIKE THIER WHOLE WEBSITE.

This company is a scam beware! Ive literally never been with a company so bad in my life! They sign you into a subscription without your knowledge and then charge you without sending the products. I have now reported them.
Absolutely disgusting! The customer service is beyond a joke!

This is a really good, effective product. Originally purchase and received three bottles - one was broken and despite a number of emails promising a replacement, I never received it. More recently the product has been re-packaged into substantially smaller bottles (was 60ml, now 30 ml) and the price remains the same. The length of the dropper is too short to reach to the bottom of the new bottle making it really difficult to use. Did they really think people would continue to purchase......? Subscription cancelled.

Mhina attended to my request promptly and was very helpful. Great product and team.

Terrible customer service, I had no idea they would sign me up for a subscription. I didn’t consent! Now I have five bottles I can’t use due to it affecting my skin!

Cyperglow’s business practices are outright predatory.

I bought this product ONE TIME. I did NOT consent to any subscription. Yet they secretly enrolled me anyway and have now charged my card FOR THE THIRD TIME after I explicitly cancelled and contacted them repeatedly.

Their so-called “support” is a joke. They tell you to cancel online, but when you log in it says “NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND.” Funny how there’s no subscription to cancel, but they still manage to keep taking my money every month.

This is either gross incompetence or intentional fraud — and honestly, it feels like the latter.

I’ve sent multiple emails and formal complaints. Nothing gets resolved. No real human help. Just delays, excuses, and continued unauthorised charges.

Let’s be very clear:
• Charges without consent
• No cancellation access
• No effective customer service
• Money taken AGAIN and AGAIN

This is not a mistake, it’s a pattern.

If you value your money, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD DETAILS. Once they have it, good luck getting out. I am now escalating this to my bank because Cyperglow clearly cannot be trusted to act ethically.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Be very careful of this company. I bought the product- it didn’t work for me. Without me realising they had set up a monthly subscription . This company is difficult to communicate with. I put a stop on my credit card but they used a different code to get payment. Please take note

SCAM! Do not buy!!!! They have continued to take money from me for months. They somehow how my bank details and keep signing me up to new subscriptions despite blocking them with my bank.

I have had excess hair problems on my face for many years which I have spent trying with all the usual methods and products. Very self conscious about them.
I noticed an improvement after thee first bottle and now after 3 bottles I can really notice a difference and very little regrowth. I am delighted with the result .
