Cynosure hair has great customer service. The hair delivery took a while and I wasn’t completely satisfied with the unit I received due to sizing. I reached out and was contacted within a day (due to time difference, I assume)each correspondence. I ultimately received a satisfactory resolution and look forward to ordering hair from them again.

The hair is truly amazing!! I ordered the curly texture with the 4C edges and it’s the best I’ve seen yet, it looks so natural, I’m very impressed! I ordered three of the same so far! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I recently bought two wigs from them, a black one and a chocolate brown one. They were really soft, and the lace melted easily. They were also very full, and the shedding is fine (I brush a lot), so I fully recommend them. That’s my second order with them, and both times the process has been good!!!

There’s no way this is a legitimate company. They appear on banking transactions as being based out of Denver, CO, which they are not. They are based out of China. They don’t deliver products ordered. They don’t supply tracking numbers. The links in the emails don’t work. If they do respond to emails, it’s filled with false information they don’t honor.

Shipping was super fast and the hair is beautiful ! I had to bleach the knots but afterwards it came out so pretty ! This hair vendor has been consistent with THREE purchases so far ! In the wig world , that isn’t common ! It’s worth it !

The quality was very bad it wasn't even put together right it's such a waste but by me being in the profession as far as doing hair I'm able to work with it but it it was really bad I will not ever ever order anything from you guys again I wish I had looked at the reviews more closely I'm mad at myself I thought I did the research but I guess not enough I would not recommend this company

The wig is great. You can’t get these color combos with 13 x 6 lace sizes in HD lace from most other companies. The hair is thick and high quality. Will order again.
