Love it. Very soft and manageable

Ladies!.. you won't regret buying from this company. I got these as a gift from my husband... and i am super pleased!!!The units are everything that is advertised. I have ordered 3 wigs, and I am in love with all of them. The hair is absolutely divine quality. The water wave curls on the 360 wig are so soft and bouncy( wet or dry). The straight wigs wash really well, and the curl holds up so well, and look good straightend. I could go on,but we would need more space to write out this review. I can't wait to make my next purchase to add to my wig wardrobe!

Great Quality, high density

I ordered 20 inch hair with 4C edges from Cynosure & I am very happy & satisfied with my hair. The hair is beautiful & it came with accesories which I very much appreciate. The communication was great from Nancy from beginning till the end. Absolutely love the quality of the hair and the color. Would however appreciate a better response to customer request to exchange a 2 Wigs because I chose the wrong style. Still waiting to hear from them. However kudos for the quality!

I like my ombré 360 wig
It is not heavy, no odor and styles easily
I wear my wigs sewed on and haven’t had to use any product
My only suggestion is for them to cut a little more around the ears for a smoother fit along the edges and hairline
I will be buying another wig soon!!!

This was my 1st time ordering from Cynosure, and my experience was not great. First of all, the delivery was super late, even though I ordered way before their recommended time for overseas delivery. The unit itself was disappointing, the hair is definitely not 100% human and more than likely mixed with synthetic. It tangled easily and did not do well when styled with heat. I ordered the wig with the bang style [fringe], the bangs were not as advertised, even when I tried to style it myself. Truly not worth the money, I won't be returning as a customer. The wig is now in the bin.

Cynosure hair is now my fav! I got this wig for my daughter’s prom and she loved everything about it plus it came early too. I do recommend to the beautiful ladies out there who wants value for money 🥰🥰

Do not trust the reviews. Hair INSTALLS nice and tangles worse that I've ever experienced. I got their body wave 30" And it tangles all on its own

Conartists. I purchased a unit from them that was so tiny & didn’t fit, so I didn’t wear it and returned through Aliexpress asap, within the return window. They denied the return, kept my money, and kept the unit. Before they denied the return, Cynosure sellers convinced me to order a “custom made” unit for a better fit. So I did. Well, the “custom made” headband unit wasn’t custom at all. It was the same tiny size as the first one I purchased. Since they cheated me out of money the first time, I didn’t bother returning the new one & counted the loss. I attempted to style it in hopes that it would stretch & the hair is succccchhhh bad quality. Frizzed up. Stay away from this business. Don’t trust the reviews. What they did was unconscionable. They owe me money, and I’m going to make others aware on every platform.

I received exmetermly good service from the company and it l didn't have to wait over a week to get the hair that I was looking forward to after receiving it l was happy that I purchased it it's everything that I could ask for

What truly made my experience great was the companies communication skills and their hair is great no complaints and they ship fast!
