I felt it was over complicated and the continual "reminders" until I took the policy out were intrusive.

Very easy to make a claim but needs more option on the survey about what happened/needs to be more specific
The price of the insurance is at a good price, not too cheap where the money I pay doesn’t claim my needs and the service is really good.

Pay the admin fee on renewal or a ban from insurance!
My renewal came through and had a £25 admin fee attached.
I thought this was a bit steep for an online order and automated renewal so cancelled.
Pointed out to them I could just renew my insurance as a new quote and they threatened to ban me from having insurance through them.
Not a nice company to deal with.
