First time with Cycle Breaks and expectations definitely met. Efficient, friendly communication, good hotels, comprehensive and easy to use route information, and a fascinating, enjoyable route. Highly recommend.

My wife and I booked a trip from Prague to Dresden through cycle breaks and the entire process was very smooth. Our tweaks to the standard itinerary were all taken on board without issue and communication was excellent at all stages. It's just a pity that they couldn't have delayed the 40° heatwave for us...! The basic bikes we rented were fine for the trip and the information packs and maps provided were very ccomprehensive. There were no issues with our onward luggage transportation, either. I uploaded the gpx files provided onto my Garmin bike computer to allow us to navigate easily but mobile phone mounts were also provided for those wishing to use a navigation app instead. So, all in all, I would certainly use Cycle Breaks again when planning a future trip.

The care taken by cycle breaks in choosing locations and hotels was second to none. Standard of hotels extremely good, food wonderful. Never had a bad meal. We like the fact that all evening meals booked for us but that we could cancel on arrival. This meant not having to find a restaurant when we arrived. Plenty of sites to see. Would have liked longer at each location so next time we need to book 14 days! One final thing , the week was very sunny and hot (amber warning) plenty of shade and hydration stops enroute but really touched by team saying they were standing by expecting to hear from us on the hottest day asking for a lift to the next location! That shows real care. Would definitely recommend this company and this holiday. Best wishes from the Ladies in Lycra.

We have booked cycling holidays with Cycle Breaks on a number of occasions in the past both in the UK and abroad. They are always really helpful and efficient. This time we were cycling along the Baltic Coast of Germany from Lubeck to Stralsund. The booking was made just a month in advance but all the accommodation was sorted out in just over a week. In Germany the trip was being managed by a local partner based in Stralsund. They provided the bikes, maps etc. and transported the luggage between the hotels. Apart from one slight hitch with the luggage it all worked very well. The bikes were great, the route was easy to follow and the places we stopped along the way were varied and interesting. On the first day of cycling we took the option of taking the bikes on the train between Lubeck and Travemunde. So instead of 77km we just had 58km to cycle and had the time and energy to explore Wismar. On the train you need to get a ticket for each bike and for each passenger. We made the mistake of just booking tickets for the bikes! The tour was a nice mix of history, sand dunes and sea plus lots of birds and wildflower meadows.

The bikes were great; the route was through beautiful countryside and the booked hotels were generally very good, especially The Crown at Bildeston where the food was superb. Unfortunately we arrived one Sunday evening, after a day's cycling, at the booked hotel in Rickinghall where they informed us that they did not provide food on Sunday evenings. So we were a bit hungry (the local Fish and Chip shop was also closed!). This was the only niggle and we mentioned the problem to CycleBreaks so hopefully they won't send other hungry cyclists to the same hotel on a Sunday evening.

Accommodation was very good, transport of luggage on time and navigation aid clear and easy to use.

- Dealings with the company were always friendly and professional, and I got straight through to a human.
- The bicycle tour I bought (Bolzano to Verona) matched exactly the description, there were no surprises.
- It was good value.
- Their local partner (EuroBike) arranged great holels and the hire bikes were good quality and well equiped.

Everything organized went smoothly.

The inns for overnight were convenient, and the routes were well laid out.

We were expected at the hotels and the meals were good. The rooms were comfortable and the car park spacious enough to manage a van and bikes.

Cycle Breaks were very good on communication. Emails were answered quickly which was reassuring. The clarity of the trip details background information were clear and informative. It is essential to read the daily programme (which we did) to make sure you have enough time to visit the spots you want. We did find the entry prices were sometimes incorrect.The bikes were great, they were robust and never let us down. The hotels were varied in styles which we liked. The digital roadbook was essential, to follow just the map would never have the details, however it was great to have that printed copy as with the heat and sun strike our phone seemed to overheat in the front. At times we got confused still with which direction to go as the trail doubled back. Thank goodness for the prompt "you are 30m off the track"
Overall the company were great to deal with and we would happily recommend them.

The team around Andy made a real great job from the beginning to the very end.
All detailed question we had before our start had been answered always quick and competent.
The booking and paying process was serious and described very well (also for us, as Swiss citizens, for international transactions). We got an excellence description of our tour within the very nice "GUIBO" app.
We got a pick up service from the railway station and we got excellent maintained cycle material with all extras we ordered.
The daily baggage transport to the hotels was always excellent and usually even earlier than promised. Any needs (e.g. my bike used some chain lube) was delivered the next day with the ordinary hotel shuttle.
Also all the guys did a real serious job and kept us informed about all we needed to know.

Our recommendation:
If you plan to do a bicycle tour in Suffolk, which is by the way a real nice area for that, we really can recommend you to choose Cycle Breaks as your fully trustable partner. They really makes your trip carefree from the beginning to the end.

GUIBO worked really well - much better than other cycling navigation systems we have used before. Accommodation was first class and the transport of our kit was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend Cycle Breaks - I love that you speak to someone quickly when you ring too !! Not the endless waiting and ‘your call is important to us, so please continue to hold …’ rubbish. Well done Cycke Breaks 😊

The perfect organization - well-prepared routes through stunning not crowded landscapes, cosy accomodation, but also spontaneous help (the storm made the ferry passage impossible) were especially appreciated by us. So we had wonderful, long lasting and unforgettable holidays.
The only little problem was the failure of the E-Bike controller when it was wet on our very last day. If Cycle Breaks had known about this they would have helped us.

Well organised, friendly and easy to do business with. All went smoothly with the Rebellion Way itinerary and the support from Cycle Breaks was good. Highly recommend

From the booking process, to the holiday itself, everything was taken care of and we were so very well looked after.
Trip admin was excellently done and the app provided for our actual bike rides couldn't have been easier to follow.
The service from Cyclebreaks was wonderful. Nothing was too much effort and they were super responsive to questions or our group's needs.
Their partner in Faro was also excellent.
Our hotel was great and the whole trip was excellent value for money. We will definitely be using them again.
