This AI receptionist really freed our hands while we were busy at work and handled all calls professionally and in a very organised manner. The recording is provided to listen to the tone of the conversation and reactions. It's difficult not to rely on this AI receptionist now. The only thing we cannot do is book the appointment and handle money transactions, but once we hear the conversation, we complete what's left. At least we don't miss the call from our clients

Cyberstaff was easy to set up, and the feedback we have received from our clients has been phenomenal, stating that the ai agent was almost human like and that it was able to answer their enquiry.
