Ordered multiple secret lab chairs in the past I was pleasantly impressed however those last go around I was gonna order had a coupon for only $20 off tried to redeem it and the computer would give me errors reached out to their customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I would need to pay full price. I bought five chairs from them in total so they lost my business reached out to Cybeart got an amazing deal. The chair quality is just as good as the secret lab chairs with more features. Quick shipping. Quick response will be purchasing more from them soon.

I hesitated for a long time before ordering a Cybeart chair due to all the negative reviews online regarding the company's quality and support. However, after receiving the chair, I must say that I am pleasantly surprised.

This chair is a slightly more affordable version of the SecretLab (which I also own). While there are a few minor differences, the overall quality is very similar.

When I received the chair, there was a small issue—the headrest wouldn't stay attached to the backrest. Instead of returning the chair via Amazon, I decided to contact the company directly. Their team was extremely proactive, responding in less than 24 hours and shipping the missing part within 72 hours.

I only have good things to say about Cybeart’s customer support. I felt it was important to share this review because, based on my experience, the company does not deserve the low ratings it has received. I hope this encourages others to support our Canadian company.

Never received our chair! They stopped replying! We emailed again to cancel the order and we will see if they respond if not I’m gonna go through my credit card hopefully we get our money back.

J' ai acheté une chaise super Man il y a un an et demi ,le dossier de la chaise a cassé, j'ai contacter le service après vente et voici leur réponse :Unfortunately, superman chair is now discontinued. We can offer Wonder Women chair as a replacement. that is the only option we have for the replacement.Je déplore le fais de ne pas pouvoir avoir le choix du dossier si le mien est discontinuer je vous conseille fortement de acheter secret lab

I am deeply disappointed with the gaming chair I purchased from Cybeart. After just one year of use, the leather upholstery started peeling, revealing the poor quality of the product. What's even more frustrating is that the support team is unresponsive and unwilling to honor the warranty.

Not only did the chair fail to live up to my expectations in terms of quality, but the lack of support from Cybeart further compounds my dissatisfaction. Despite reaching out for assistance with the peeling leather issue, I have received no resolution or acknowledgement of the problem. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against purchasing this gaming chair from Cybeart. The peeling leather after only a year of use is a clear indication of its subpar quality. Look for a more reliable brand that stands behind their products and provides proper customer support.

I have owned gaming chairs from other brands before moving to an other country, and I can confidently say that this particular chair from Cybeart does not measure up in terms of durability. Comparatively, the chairs from other brands I've owned were more robust and long-lasting, making this purchase even more disappointing.

The threads of one of the four holes to mount the base to the seat was damaged and the lumbar knob is pretty scratched up. I called the customer service which was good and willing to replace the chair, but waiting for a replacement was unfortunately not an option for me. I went and had the thread pitch for the m8 screw checked and bought the corresponding tap to fix the seat. In the end it was worth the hassle as its a great chair, but the quality control wasn't quite there.

So, after much back and forth and an initaly disappointing customer service experience, my view on this company has changed. They valued my feedback and went above and beyond to correct a culturally insensitive product.

as soon as i saw a Tom and Jerry case i just had to get my hands on it. I would have liked to see more pictures of what each case looked like (pro vs impact) I went with the pro since it was cheaper and my first time buying from them. the quality is pretty good that I went ahead and ordered another 2. one impact to see the difference b/w it and the pro.

Highly excited about this Gaming Chair.
Just pre-ordered waiting for the delivery.
