Absolutely disgusting,total Scam,I literally paid 0.90 for an example of a cover letter for a Nurse position.
I DID NOT subscribe to this company if they even are one,they took the 0.90 on the 1st August and they've tried taking £34.99 out of the account today Wednesday 6th August,despicable disgusting people,life is hard enough without being scammed,you can't get hold of them,the email doesn't work...
No account with them...
SO upsetting,my bank have thank God been amazing these scammers will not be taking anymore money from me.

I have never signed up to this website, yet everyday they are trying to take £34.99 from my account. When I try to find the website, it's not in English & doesn't recognise my email. Don't know who this company is! But it's a SCAM!!!!!

J'ai souscrit un contrat de 3,90 avec mon CV PARFAIT valable un mois.
Je ne comprends comment ce site est entré dans mon compte pour commencer à me prélever de l'argent.
Ils ont commencé par 3,90 ensuite je viens de voir un prélèvement de 37,30 ce matin. J'ai failli piquer une crise.
J'ai appelé mon CV PARFAIT qui m'a dit de contacter ce site malhonnête.
Mais, pas de numéro de téléphone pour les joindre.
Bande de malhonnêtes , escrocs.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'état ne ferme pas ce soit disant entreprise.
Votre siège se trouve dans le 12 ème arrondissement de Paris.

I can't log on because I didn't create an account. So, it's really weird how they are charging me this per month.
The company are fully aware of what they are doing because there are so many complaints

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Do not use this site. I paid 90pence for a cover letter. No subscription a few days later they took £34.99 from my bank.

On 18th June 2025, this company by the name CVOttimo Gen-ve deducted a total sum of AED 135.69 from my account, till date I have been making follow up but there has not been any meaningful response or refund for the this deduction.
Please kindly assist refund my money

Site de voleurs, vous m’avez prélevé 34,99 faites là pour voler de l’argent, on souffre pour trouver de l’argent. L’argent n’est pas facile. Vous pouvez pas rentrer dans le compte des gens pour voler comme ça je vais vous porter plainte bande de voleurs.

I was disappointed by daylight robbery and clear scam from this ghost company,I paid £0.90 for a document and within 7 days £34.99 is debited from my account,I never subscribed to this,it's a scam! I try to log in to the account but it's not accessible at all for me to cancel any form of subscription that may be attached to my account.Now I had to freeze my bank account.
I contact the helpdesk they are saying about policy and all.

Only just realised I have been charged £34.99 since 17th December 2024, after having raised an initial report with my bank for the most recent pending transaction which I did not recognise.

Initial charge was for £0.90 on 11th December which I agree with as a one off. It appears however that I was subscribed automatically and never been notified by email.

I submitted a contact form which I found on the toolresume website, apparently it's the same company as CV Ottimo but operating under a different name, hopefully I'll hear back although I'm not holding my breath seeing the previous reviews.

All blocked with my bank now, will see if I can get a refund through them if no responses in next few days.

Thought I'd pop a quick follow up for those who are trying to reason with this company - well, good luck! After a back & forth via email, managed to get confirmation the subscription had been successfully cancelled (finally) but no refund would be issues. Unfortunately my bank won't be able to get the money back either due to 1) transactions not being fraudulent and 2) the T&Cs are available on their website, although again how do you know you're subscribing to a service when they do things in such a sneaky way?

Asked multiple times for a copy of the confirmation email they would have sent when the subscription started - they completely avoided the question and instead redirected me to the invoices which wasn't what I asked for. Took me few attempts to get some info on how to contact the Complaints department - been told to use that same email address. Emails now being ignored, surprise surprise.

Oh well, money lost but hopefully this can help people not to fall into the same situation 🤞

Il ne répondront jamais à votre demande de remboursement.
La seule solution est de faire opposition à votre carte bancaire auprès de votre banque qui vous redirigera vers le service des fraudes afin de constituer un dossier pour un remboursement !
Mon cas est similaire à tout le monde j'ai payé 90 centime ou 99 centime je sais plus puis après j'ai eu un prélèvement sans mon accord de 34,99 €

Vu tous les avis négatifs, je ne suis pas la seule à mettre faite pirater ma carte.
C’est une ARNAQUE!
Ils m’ont prélevé 104,97€ ce mois-ci (34,99x3).
Vous me foutez bien dans la m**** ce mois-ci…

Arnaque ! J'ai payé 1.90 pour 7 jours et ma banque s'est rendu compte heureusement au bout du 3eme débit de 34.99 sur mon compte et m'a demandé confirmation sur mon accord ! Je n'ai évidement jamais voulu m'abonner pour faire un seul CV
Société malhonnête qui fait de l'argent en volant des personnes qui cherchent du travail en plus !

Ils vous font payer 99centimes pour pouvoir enregistrer un simple CV, 1 mois plus tard ils vous prélèvent 34.99, quels arnaqueurs !
