It's MDF. But I have to use more than 10 charcters in this review so I have to say more. I don't know why it's called MDF; it's just board made out of wood fibres that's finished to be a plank of about 'medium density'. 'Medium density' compared to what I hear you say? Nobody actually knows... Compared to Mahogany it's certainly low density, but compared to balsa wood it's harder than a woodpecker's lips. It appears to behave like wood, but it isn't really wood. It's probably more similar to cardboard in construction terms, but you wouldn't want your Frosties to come in boxes made out of it. I hope I've said enough about MDF to get the review published so that "Cut My Plastic" can go on brilliantly cutting wood for me.

Used the board on an external door. Perfectly cut. No warping. Requires minimal painting. Great product. Recommend.

I have already reviewed this and got no reply. I paid for priming both side but the edges were not done. Totally pointless paying for it. Had to go out and buy primer and do the whole thing.
