I ordered a hoodie 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt even been shipped but I've been charged the 40 dollars for it. Like where in the hell is my package?! This is ridiculous.

Ordered a sweat shirt and received zero information after my purchase. I have no idea if has even been shipped after 2 weeks.

Emailed twice to check on my order and got no response! Check order status and says carrier awaiting shipment since nov 29th! Yet no problem charging card on first day, have not received order so cant review quality!

Got product later than what was told. Was told 4-6 days to ship it was more like 4-6 weeks!! When I did receive it I didn't need it anymore due to it being part of a Halloween costume and now Halloween was over. Called company several times to track it and was told "I promise it has shipped". When I did finally receive it. I did not open it and returned it thru USPS. Was never reimbursed for items. Called company several more times was told I would be reimbursed. Now no one answers when you call and I have yet to be reimbursed. Horrible Service! Do not buy from here!!!

paid for 2-4 day shipping. didn’t receive it. been 6 days. asked for money back for shipping and was ignored.

Shipping was a little lengthy but product was incredible and they were very responsive to telling me what was going on. Would Def shop again

Paid extra to have t shirt delivered for sons birthday nov 2.....still waiting. No tracking just an oops we're sorry message. I wouldn't do it again. Nov 13....still no shirt.

LATE! I placed my order on Oct. 14 and paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days) to ensure delivery by Halloween. Per their website, items ship in 1-3 business days. My items arrived November 1, 11 business days later! I have left a voice message and sent 2 emails to customer service with NO response at all! I would like to return but refuse to pay for return shipping after having paid for expedited shipping that didn't deliver as promised. Sad I had to resort to writing a bad review. Terrible customer service.

The product was fine -- looks exactly like the image on the website. Shipping/processing were S-L-O-W. Didn't receive the hoodies for three weeks. I know shipping is delayed right now but that was quite a bit slower than anticipated and I didn't receive the hoodies in time for an event. I would order again but leave plenty of time for shipping.

The design was quite nice, however the quality of the fabric was very disappointing. The shirt is as stiff as a board. Feeling like it will be a disappointment for Christmas gift because it is so uncomfortable.

My order was not only wrong...I understand mistakes but the packaging it was sent in was torn and it has grease or something on it where it was exposed.
I sent an email to the company. Waiting for a response.
