Didn’t even receive my order yae and need help with that ?

Made the order mid January with 4-6 day shipping..didn't get any confirmation emails...February 7th I finally get an email saying it is being shipped...February 11th and it still hasn't been given to usps for shipping...I will never purchase from this place again. I already consider it a $40 loss.

this site is a scam !!! placed an order beginning of January. Was told 5-7 days for shipping. never received any updates or tracking information. After not being contacted after multiple emails an voicemails I received an email that the order was cancelled and would receive credit. That has not happened !!! Its has been almost 3 weeks. Total fraud

My order said 4-6 business days for shipping yet still hasn't shipped. Reached out through the email address they offer for support and no answer.

After waiting in excess of 20 days and being very slow to email request for information this company sent me an email advising that my order was cancelled (at customers request). Went back and checked all my emails to see where I requested the order to be cancelled and alas there was no such request. Now I await an actual refund.

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Stay away!

Wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my money. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered a hoodie on 12/29/21. They gave me a tracking number a week ago. Then a few days ago they sent me an email saying it was DELIVERED but it never was. My house has cameras so I know it wasn't. When I open the tracking information is says that USPS hasn't even received the package yet.

Update: I emailed the company and they got back to me rather quickly. Recieved the hoodie within days. The hoodie looks pretty nice and looks well made.

I placed an Order at the end of December and have yet to receive my order. At this point I'm pretty sure I have been scammed by this company. I'm beyond pissed because the hoodies were gifts for my little brother. This is a crappy company that needs to be shut down. I wish I could give them a negative freaking star.

I ordered a hoodie and still has not come to my address yet..I email the company and they said that they have alot of orders and it's taking awhile. Yeah this like the 11th day no product which I ordered, no tracking#, and was charge for immediately... False advertisement and stealing money at this point is all I can say about this company I want a refund...asap

Ordered 2 hoodies on 12/27/22. It's is 1/15/22. My cc was charged immediately. My package has not been shipped, I have no tracking number. And my attempts to make contact by email 3 times have been completely ignored. I'm pretty sure Ive been ripped off!

Still haven't received my hoodie ordered it December 22 and haven't even seen it or heard paid extra for expedite shipping

I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present, it was supposed to be here before Christmas, it is now January and the hoodie has still not arrived

My order was placed on Dec. 22 to receive in 4-6 business days. As of Jan. 11, I have not received my order. I sent three emails to this company inquiring about my order and have not received any replies.

I ordered a hoodie for my son eight days before Christmas and the website said it would arrive before Christmas. Today is January 11 and it still isn't here. I understand shipping delays, but over 3 weeks for a hoodie?!! Ridiculous!

I would give zero stars if this was an option. Placed my order on December 9, 2022 and my CC was charged right away. Guaranteed shipping in 4-9 days. It is January 10th and I still have not received my order (which was a Christmas gift) and cannot get a straight answer for the company. I asked for a refund and they said they cannot refund me until I return the item (which was never shipped/received). SCAM - do not order from this company.

I ordered this for my nephew for Christmas, as it was on his list. First, it took FOREVER a to arrive. Second, the sweat shirt came defective, I also needed a bigger size. I emailed them (because the website said to email them a photo if an item was defective) and they told me to use the website for the exchange. Ok, so I do that and it says I’m unable to return the item. I ended up just buying another because this was a gift and I want him to get it asap. Terrible customer service, terrible website and I’m praying this second one is not defective. I would not order here again, would not recommend at all.

I’ve been waiting for my package for over a month

I will not use this company again I ordered item 12.22.21 its now 1.6.22 they have yet to ship I paid for expedite service and they made a label to ship so I would see shipping started but usps said no item was dropped off for delivery just label made. I have reached out several times and responses are the same. Look for a new vendor if you can this one gives run around. 2nd time using and should of went with gut feeling after first time experience.

Still haven't received a answer on the hoddie I ordered
