Article indiqué comme livré mais je n’ai rien reçu alors que je vérifie tous les jours.
Service client qui me renvoie vers un autre service pour que tout le monde me dise votre colis est bien arrivé c’est écrit, c’est peut être écrit mais moi je n’ai rien reçu, impossible de s’en faire livrer un nouveau ni même d’être remboursé.

Donc le SAV n’est pas capable de trouver des solutions donc c’est une à marqué, il font tourner en rond pour que l’on puisse lâcher l’affaire ..

Je ne recommande pas du tout

1 stella giusto per essere “buoni” fatto il mio ordine il 19 febbraio 2026. Ad oggi 30 marzo 2026 non ho ricevuto ancora nulla. Mandato anche svariate mail al loro indirizzo mail indicato, tornate sempre indietro, Bartolini nemmeno mi sa rispondere. Non so nemmeno se mai riceverò il mio ordine che comunque ho speso 30€, sconsigliatissimo.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. i never wright reviews but the service i received was to appalling. my shirt took around 20 days to arrive with no shipping updates. when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. i emailed the customer service email regarding the size, and the reply i got made no sense, as if a 2 year old wrote it, and inevitably received no help. the quality is cheap and had weird stickers attached to the back. everything was just awful.

Poor quality

When the t shirt first arrived I was very happy with it. Nice material, and very comfortable.
However, after only 3-4 max wears holes started appearing in both armpit areas. I thought T-shirt might have been replaced when I contacted customer services, however they only offered me 25% off my next purchase.
If this is the quality of their T-shirts, I will never be buying from their website again.
So many companies other there with really good quality T-shirts, my advise is to stay away from this one.

BUYER BEWARE!

Awful experience and arrogant customer service. They messed up the delivery of my Christmas gift and refused to accept responsibility until PayPal stepped in and resolved the matter in my favour. CustomsCool even dragged that process out to 3 months.

FINGER WEG SCAM

FINGER WEG!
Ich habe bestellt & erstmal über Wochen nichts erhalten. Dann wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren und das Produkt wurde plötzlich verschickt. Nach weiteren 2 Wochen kam es an. Ich wollte es nicht mehr haben und habe eine Retoure beantragt. Mir wurde geantwortet eine Retoure sei zu aufwändig ich solle die Sachen behalten und würde bei meiner nächsten Bestellung 20% Nachlass erhalten. Als ich sagte ich will die Sachen aber nicht & möchte sie zurück geben und mein Geld zurück.. hab ich nie wieder eine Antwort erhalten. Ich bin somit auf dem Geld sitzen geblieben. Service Müll, Qualität Müll, Lieferzeit Müll. Purer Scam!

Ware nie erhalten

Ich habe im Nov bestellt. Bis heute (Feb) ist meine Bestellung nicht angekommen. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst läuft schleppend. Es kommt keine hilfreiche Antwort. Fünf Emails bestanden aus derselben zuvor generierten Antwort. Ein Entgegenkommen im Sinne einer Entschädigung bleibt aus. Weder im Sinne von Ware erneut schicken, noch, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekommen habe. Ich habe also Ware bezahlt, die ich nie erhalten habe.
