Custom Payments LLC provides customized merchant services and payment processing solutions for businesses throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities. We help businesses accept payments in-store, online, over the phone, and on the go. Our solutions include credit and debit card processing, POS systems, payment terminals, mobile payments, invoicing, recurring billing, dual pricing programs, and next-day funding options. What makes Custom Payments different is our focus on local, personalized service. Instead of relying on a large call center or an 800 number, our clients have a dedicated local representative who can provide in-person support when needed. We take the time to understand each business, review its current processing setup, and recommend a solution based on its specific needs. We also offer free merchant statement reviews to help business owners better understand their processing costs and identify unnecessary or excessive fees. Our goal is simple: provide transparent pricing, reliable payment technology, responsive local support, and customized solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently. Custom Payments LLC — Local Support. Custom Solutions. Better Payments.

I signed up with the company a few months ago. Robert was fully transparent and supportive during the initial set up. He frequently stops by to make sure all is good. I am saving money with outstanding service. Thank you
Robert is great to work with and someone I have no hesitation recommending to other business owners. He brings more than 10 years of experience in payment processing and really knows the industry. What stands out most to me is that he’s straightforward, responsive, and genuinely wants to help businesses find the right solution for their needs. Robert is someone I trust, and I would definitely recommend Custom Payments LLC to anyone looking for a dependable payment processing partner.
Rob is excellent. He’s knowledgeable and reliable. There’s been times I needed help with my system and he’s shown up within 10 minutes of calling him.
He also checks on us consistently to make sure everything is working correctly instead of waiting until there is a problem. Robs been extremely patient and helpful when it comes to customizing equipment to work with our little understanding on how to use technology.
He’s went over reports with us to show us how we can track our performance as a business and has overall been an important part of our growth. I highly recommend Rob and this company to all my fellow entrepreneurs.
