Ordered 4D number plates. Arrived in excellent condition very pleased. Loses a star as its not next day delivery, despite ordering at 11am, but worth the wait anyway.

Plates are really good condition
Plates are really good condition, arrived in good time and communication was up to date. However the 4 stars was purely because they charged me incorrect at check out and my delivery was delayed as I had to pay an additional fee.

We are really sorry to hear about the delivery issue. Our delivery cut off time is 2pm and order was placed at 5pm. The order was processed the following day and ready for the courier to collect. The order was sent via next day service and unfortunately there was a slight delay due to the festive season. The parcel however was delivered the following day. We do apologise about this and will monitor courier issues going forward. Thank You
Whole website is built on lies
Whole website is built on lies. Claims to be next day delivery but don’t even ship out until late the next day. On top of that they ship with EVRI who never even do next day delivery. It’s now been 4 days and I still haven’t got my plates which I don’t even need anymore since I had to go buy others after all this time

We are very to sorry to see the delivery time has not been met, we are trying to locate your order and unfortunately cannot find your order details. We have not received any email regarding this. Our delivery cut of time is 2pm and we use DPD courier service with occasional Evri if DPD dont deliver to the area. Please contact us so we can resolve this for you. Thank You
