I ordered a Keychain as a gift. It came in time for Mother's day and she loved it!

I was super happy with my order! The time from making the order to getting the product in my hands took a little over 3 weeks, which was quicker than i actually expected! I live in Finland so i wasn't suprised that the shipping took a little longer. Product feels nice and looks nice! I thought that the product would be a little bigger, but it's still cute when it's a little smaller than i thought. I emailed them when i had any questions and got an answer pretty quicly. Overall i had good experience with customgrace!

I suggest you to make your order at least month early before you need your product, so that it will come in time!

Adorable product. This is my second purchase, the first one was a gift this one is for me.
Looks exactly how I expected and is so cute! It takes a little bit longer to arrive than, say, an Amazon delivery. But definitely worth it. Super cute.

I received my Valentine's item more than a month after Valentine's....

The item I received was not engraved correctly and I’ve reached out multiple times to get it corrected with no response. This company sucks. Save your money

I never receive my order. I have emailed you 5 times and no response. I would like my money back and I will never order from you again. I should have read the reviews about you guys cuz I would have never ordered from you. I want my money refunded

It was much smaller than anticipated and slightly embarrassed to give this item as a gift.

Love the keychain!! It's cute and lowkey enough that my husband isn't embarrassed to keep it on his keys.

A couple years ago I ordered the keyring with my grandchildrens names on the little boy/girl figures. This year we welcomed our 9th grandchild so I ordered another figure with her name on it. Both times the item arrived in a timely manner and they look amazing. I carry it with me each and everyday. People love it when I show them.
My only issue was when I ordered the second time. I did not need an inscription on the key bar. They inscribed exactly what I said on it..."Do not need it inscribed I already have one" bit of a waste if I wanted to have something else inscribed on it. Still love my key ring
