Amazing custom gift for reminding memories and important things for lovely one. I've ordered already few items, love it.

I had to reorder my bracelets because my first order was never delivered. I reached out to a costumer support person but they basically said it was my problem and to talk to the mail carrier. It’s not the first time I get an order lost, but they usually send a replacement since it is not the customer’s fault. I hope they are good quality bracelets.

I am very disappointed with my bracelet. I feel like the print was not represented well at all in the pictures on the site. I received my bracelet where I put a phrase that has meaning to me. When I received the item I can hardly read it and it certainly does not show when I have it on. So disappointed. Money wasted

Outstanding caliber I was astounded by how well it fit.

Good overall, but the required label field when choosing shipping method was confusing, I took extra time googling it. Maybe added info about what should be on the label would prevent customers from changing their minds last second.

But I am looking forward for product itself! I ordered a cuban chain bracelet. I still wear a necklace from this brand with custom engraving that I got in 2020!

My Customcuff bracelets arrived yesterday and I am so impressed. They are gorgeous and so special as I got them for my partners birthday. I purchased the set of 2, I got a gold one made for him and a rose gold one for myself. I decided to get the coordinates to the place where we met engraved on them and he absolutely loved them! I bought a rose and a black matte bracelet for me and my boyfriend. I wasn't very sure in the beginning if I should order something via advertising on Instagram because it's often scam with fake reviews and it's not shipped from my home country. But I guess the idea about it, that it has a meaning and is a decent accessory and an approval through an influencer actually convinced me to try it out.
In fact the shipping was very fast, it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. I was very worried that the one size won't fit me because my wrist is very small, but it actually works out perfectly for both of us.
I've been pretty much wearing the bracelet for 2 months nonstop now and there's absolutely no color fading and it's still as shiny as in the beginning and the matching of shiny rose and matte black is just more than lovely. I would absolutely love to see the matte black edition becoming a permanent color to choose.

PS: I've been seeing other companies copying the same idea for cheaper money, but the quality of the engraving isn't as near as filigree as this one, so rather invest 10€ more for a more noble looking bracelet
