Awful customer service, horrible quality products, long shipping delays
I waited over 3 weeks for “3-5 day shipping” I paid $10 for. Then my product arrived completely inaccurate to the image I provided and customer service refused to offer any reimbursement or replacement to fix their mistake. They were rude, hard to understand, and didn’t respond for days at a time. These “made in America” products are shipped from across seas and cost way too much for the low quality, poor craftsmanship, and lack of human detail provided by the company. Would recommend you look elsewhere for a product and company that cares about its customers and the goods it sells.

Très très long. J'ai payé une livraison express + traitement prioritaire. Cela fait plus de 11 jours toujours rien. Le service de suivi du colis lui-même est mis à jour tous les 3 jours minimum. Faut vraiment pas être pressé….et ça même si on paye plus cher pour une livraison express. J’veux même pas imaginer si on choisit le transit normal.
I never received my order
I never received my order. Asked for a refund and was told they would resend the order instead. Got the notification of shipment and still have not received my order. My original order was in December, it’s now almost the end of February. I want to receive a refund at this point and they ignore that request in their responses any time I send an email requesting one.
Don’t order, you won’t receive it!
I placed an order on December 21st for 3-5 day shipping and 60 days later it has still not arrived. I had ordered this as a gift that I needed on January 19th and thought I had plenty of time for it to get to me. It didn’t arrive and I reached out and was informed that there are factors that they can’t control keeping my order from reaching me. I was initially understanding but as time goes on it has been more frustrating. I have reached out a few times to get an update and they say that there is nothing they can do and offered for me to file a claim with route protection which I did and it was denied. So now I have paid around $100 dollars for an anniversary gift that never came and have received no help from customer service. I absolutely don’t recommend buying from this company!

Good product, Customer service lacking
Last year for Valentine’s Day I ordered matching engraved string and bead bracelets with bars For me and my guy. They were great! Good quality. Durable. No complaints. This year for Christmas, I ordered two more. Only one came in the shipment. I wrote to customer service a week ago and have received no reply. Not even an acknowledgment that they had received my email. That is very poor customer service. You can have the best product in the world but if you don’t have reliable shipping and responsive customer service, you get two stars from me.
Shipping sucks
I ordered a week and half ago and paid extra for 2-4 day priority shipping. It still hasn’t even been sent out for delivery yet!
Don't bother with expedited shipping
I was very excited about this order, I paid for expedited 2-4 day shipping in order to make sure the gift arrived in time for valentine's day. As of today - it has been "in transit" for 10 days. I emailed the company and the fact I paid for expedited shipping was not addressed and I was just assured that my item was on the way. That support email reply was 2 days ago and I still have not received my item.

Not a happy customer
I received the customer matter black. It is attractive looking. There is one big issue. It constantly comes loose and I have to continually tighten the strings on the bracelet. I am so disappointed! I might end up a way to just use the coordinate plate and figure out a way to add a different type of clasp. I will not be buying from them again.

Do NOT recommend this company. My husband ordered matching coordinates cuffs for Christmas. The bracelets took forever to arrive, which would have been fine if they were as described, but the engraving is so faint, it can barely be seen/read. The cuffs do not fit my husband, and while they are flexible, they have to be bent inwards to keep them on his wrist which is physically painful and uncomfortable to wear. Customers services idea to correct this is a 30% discount on a FUTURE order. Totally mind boggling that they would expect people to spend their money with them again when they were unsatisfied with the first (and last) order from this company that doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction or quality of their product.

Contacted customer service for them to say it’s normal and offer a 30% discount for something that cannot be worn. Save your money and don’t buy from them.
Took 20 days for it to arrive
Took 20 days for it to arrive. When the package arrived it was open, and looked like it had been run over by a car. The necklaces were just loose and the gift box that came with it was all crushed. Customer service wasn’t really helpful with my complaints. I paid $100 for something that was cheaply packaged and made, pretty disappointed..

Disons que jusque la cela peut s’entendre.je les recontacte il me demande des frais de réexpédition,15€ que je règle.aujourd’hui toujours rien reçu Déc.24.Site a fuir communication inexistante.Mon dernier mail de réclamation date d’aujourd’hui et il me réponde « quand vous aurez payé les frais on réexpédiera « Une grosse blague N’achetez rien chez eux.En tout cas pour moi c’est la première et dernière d’ailleurs j’ai rien acheté puisque je n’ai rien reçu,j’ai juste perdu de l’argent.
