Our team was on the hunt for a unique and memorable customer anniversary gift when we discovered Custom 3D Puzzles. From our very first inquiry to final project completion, Mordy was exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and highly responsive to our schedule. Because we wanted to perfectly capture our laboratory environment, we needed a bit of extra time to finalize the details. We sent Mordy concepts, photos, and exact dimensions of our laboratory instruments, and he brought the entire vision to life. He provided constant updates and was incredibly collaborative with every idea and addition we threw his way. We are absolutely thrilled with the final product and cannot wait to start gifting these puzzles!

I reached out to Mordy about designing a 3D puzzle. This was a new product for them too and they truly delivered. We had an old sample and from the video/picture Mordy and the team build a new product which surpassed our expectation. The team was very communicative, and any email/phone was promptly responded. We needed expediating a part of the shipments and again 3D puzzles came through. It has been a joy with the team and I recommend them without any hesitation.
