Excellent service and product outcome - ordered new sofa backs and seat cushions for my 20 year old George sofa where the duck filled cushions had deteriorated making the sofa no longer comfortable. New foam and soft hollow fibre refills have completely transformed the sofa, giving it another 20 years of life. Whole experience of dealing with the firm could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. Ordered 2 seat cushions and 2 backs for my sofa which was only just over a year old. Service was great sent in photos and measurements including a couple of the covers, they did the rest. Received cushions 2 with covers already on they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. I ordered 4 wool cushions a while ago now but they are still as good as the day i purchased them. I can recommend them 100 %. Such lovely cambric fabric and the filling is stuffed to perfection. No lumps or bumps and the filling goes right into the corners.

Bought 4 cluster fibre cushion pads. Absolutely excellent product and brilliant service. They were so good I bought an additional 3 for me and 4 for my daughter. I would highly recommend this product and especially this company.

Having made an error in ordering the wrong size of cushion pads, the company was swift to alter my request and refund the difference to my account. The product itself I am very pleased with and I shall use this company again and delighted to recommend.

Put an order in hubby measured wrong I emailed company they cancelled order straight away so I could order correctly. Cushions came today and are absolutely perfect just what I needed. Can't recommend these guys enough many thanks.

In terms of the items I DID receive in my order, I was really pleased- the down mix cushion pads in particular are gorgeously soft and reasonably priced. However, one cushion pad was missing from my order. I assumed with it being Christmas that it was probably due to an oversight with a large number of orders going out before Christmas and so waited until the company reopened after the holidays to raise the issue. Following several emails back and forth (very polite and courteous on my part given that I’m not blaming anyone, as far as I was concerned these things happen) customer services have essentially called me a liar (over a £9 fibre-filled cushion pad from an order coming to almost £70 of mostly down filled cushion pads???) because the box wasn’t damaged in transit (which I confirmed) and because it had been weighed before it left and again at the depot, so therefore I must be lying! Someone messed up at their end, which was no big deal as far as I was concerned, I just stupidly assumed it would be rectified. So, as long as your order arrives in full then I’m sure you will be very pleased. If not, then be prepared to lose your money and to be called a liar to boot.

Very pleased with cushion pads received today. Wonderful quality and good price. Vast difference to the replacements I have bought before. Also delivery was very quick. Will certainly use The Cushion Warehouse again.

Ordered 8 feather/down cushion pads. Opted for Express Delivery & they were delivered within 2 days. Very pleased with both the quality and the plumpness of the pads. Our cushions now look beautiful. Excellent Service, excellent quality. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service - very sensibly got me to send in covers to measure for new inners - I'd never have got the right size otherwise. New inners make the cushions look and feel amazing.

Easy to navigate website with clear information about the range of cushions and how to chose what's most appropriate for you (firm vs. soft, size, etc.). Kept up-to-date with status of my order both from the company and the courier, arrived well-packaged and the cushion pads fit like a dream. Advice to go slightly larger with the size of the pad was spot on! Highly recommend this company.
