They provided us with some excellent advice with regard to the composition and layout of the cushions. Once ready the cushions were delivered promptly, and we are delighted with the result. This was my third successful purchase from this company. The hollow fibre pads are really great value and as I ordered 2 inches larger than the covers the cushions are nice and plump. The order was processed quickly and delivery prompt despite my having ticked the click & collect option in error. A call to a helpful customer service administrator soon sorted the problem.

Absolutely thrilled with my sofa cushions. Have had the sofa for over 20 years and this is the second time the cushions have had to be replaced. The quality of the cushions is brilliant. Much better than the original ones and earlier replacement. Lovely finished and generously filled. Couldn't wish for better quality and at a really affordable price. Will use them for any further replacements and anything else I need. This company were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I had many outdoor cushions made for some 1920 garden furniture that had just been renewed. Cushion Warehouse was wonderful. They did a super job. The cushions fit the furniture perfectly( not easy) and rain or shine they are left out all summer long. After 4/5 years they are still perfect. thank you so much

Ordered 2 bespoke cushion fillers for my settee, foam with hollow fibre wrap, which were delivered today. Was helped along the way by Davinia in Customer services. I've bought several cluster cushion pads from The Cushion Warehouse and I love the quality and fill of them. They are evenly filled with very good quality fabric. The website offers an excellent range of sizes, it is great to have this choice.

I asked if a recent order could be changed to a half size (12.5 inch instead of 13 inch square). I received a very quick reply from customer services and Davinia confirmed that this was possible. It was really lovely to get this personal custom service.

Sheep's wool cushion pads.
Bought 2 sheep's wool cushion pads. Pleased to buy British made product. Quite firm pads. Fitted cushions well. Slight mix up with size of one pad (wrong size delivered) which took a little while to be sorted out, but once sorted, end results great.
