My shopping experience was great. There was a problem with the product but I reached out to the customer service team and Chloe corrected the issue.

Love these nails!!! And when there was a product I needed to return, customer service was quick and easy to help! Definitely recommend!

I placed an order and got the confirmation. Few days went by and I checked my bank account and there was N additional $1.44 charge that had not been authorized by me. I emailed service regarding this charge. I have not received an answer.

I received the tracking information and after two days I pulled up the tracking info and it said it was “out for delivery”. It stayed that way for additional days. I looked at the tracking info and the order has crossed the country twice and I still have not received the product. It still shows out for delivery.

I wrote another email regarding the no response to the first email about the unauthorized charge and explaining that I had not received the product.

I wrote a review on FaceBook and got a reply that I should contact their email address for resolution. I replied that evidently they did not read the review because it stated that I had already contacted them voicemail with no response. I still have not been contacted by anyone to resolve this order.

Once I FINALLY got with customer service rep “CHLOE”, I was so mad and disappointed in this company! My very first order was placed thru a Facebook ad , nothing came, 2nd and 3rd order came no problem!it took until April 14th until my friend Chloe sent my first order that had obviously been lost by the delivery company I had many other reps that didn’t take the time that Chloe did to figure out the problem. Now I only order from their app. And I’ve had no problems!Chloe deserves flowers 🌺 🌺🌞for finding a terrific solution! Thanks again Chloe!

Worst nails ever! The glue is so bad eight of the nails popped off within 24 hours then the two nails that stayed on got a nail fungus and I lost my nail complete from nail bed it hurts so bad I feel like somebody was torturing me

I ordered some nailed and two packs were too small for me. I requested return information and instead was provided with the option to select two more different packs of my liking and these are being sent to me for free! What great customer service! I’ve tried two different types (patterns) of the longer nailes and I love them!

Received what I ordered in a timely manner. The glue in one set ruined a set of nails, and the customer service was great and sent me a replacement!

This company by far has the widest selection of colors, shapes, and styles to suit all your nail looks. On a recent order, I did not receive all 32 nails in the box (I only got 10), I contacted CurvLife support by email, and corresponded with Chloe. I sent her some photos showing what I received, and she worked to make it right.
