Esta tienda es un fraude pedi 2 pantaloncito faja llevo desde que recibi el pedido para devolverlo para atras me dicen que es de chiba que me va a salir caro y que no es seguro que me reembolse el dinero ose un engaño total , siempre que compro por internet lo primero que veo es is se puede devolver dicen que si y ahora me saltan con eso

La calidad del producto es buena. Lo único malo es que demora mucho en llegar

Mal experiencia no encarguen es esta compania te ofrecen algo que no tienen en existencia , quieren que cambies el modelo al que ellos quieren les pides un reembolso y no lo hacen , tengo ya mucho esperando y discutiendo un reembolso que se niegan a hacer . No gastes tu dinero ni tiempo discutiendo con esta mala compania solo toman tu dinero

I have made multiple orders with them. Excellent customer service. I had picked the wrong size on one of my orders and they did the exchange fast and efficiently. They are very good on replying to emails. This is my shop for all my shapewear.

I ordered 2 different shapewear to help with my postpartum body and let me say they have been amazing! They are so comfortable and I’ve never had an issue with metal poking me unlike others that I have purchased. The shipping was super quick which I was shocked because I live in Canada and things take forever to get here. I have washed both and nothing has happened to them! They have really helped with my self esteem especially after having my second child.

I recently purchased 2 different shapeware, both did not fit but when I tried them on I can tell it does the job by flattening your abdominal area and very comfortable. I just need to get a bigger size and it would of fit perfect. I would recommend it.

Best body shaper I have ever bought. I have tried so many from different websites and let me tell you this is by far the best one!! It is so comfortable and the material is so good. Definitely does its job. Totally recommend it!!

I paced an order in April. They took my money and after waiting two weeks I finally messaged them asking for an update. They told me the item I wanted was in limited stock. But if I wanted to change the color they could ship it out. So I said ok. The color wasn’t a big deal. Another week and it finally says shipped. Another two weeks I finally received my item. So I waited over a month for one thing. When I did receive it, it was the wrong size. It was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. But the bag it came in was the correct size. So I messaged them letting them know what happened. Instead of offering to replace the item. They said I could keep the item and offered me a discount (20%). I said I would rather have the correct item. I didn’t want a discount. They messaged me again offering me (30%) So basically if I wanted what I ordered I would have to pay for it again. Why would I pay for it again. Your factory made the mistake. It was not an error on my part. Utterly ridiculous. I will never shop from them again. I urge others to avoid at all cost. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank.

Edit: After much back and forth, they will be resending the item I originally purchased.
