Booking is easy and service providers are found faster now. All the documentation is there on the app to prove delivery. Great service.

The good and the bad
The good:
1. The time between entering the delivery into the system to the time of pick up is usually pretty quick especially car pick ups.
2. Most of the drivers are friendly.
3. most deliveries get done without any issues
The Bad:
1. After a multistop delivery is entered into the "Book" stage a stop can't be changed without canceling and rebooking the whole multistop delivery.
2. Customer support is too time consuming. I should be able to contact the driver that has the delivery when a change needs made. Whether that be by text or call or even some way of having the driver notified that he needs to call the place that he picked up from. There are too many steps and it's too delayed when you do this thru the current customer service.
3. There needs to be a uniformed way the ALL drivers pick up their delivery. When i ask "which one are you picking up" most times they just hold there phone out for me to scroll threw and figure it out. They all should either use the delivery number or the destination of the delivery as their reference and they should be able to tell you this when you ask which one they are picking up.
4. They need to speak English or at least be able to communicate to me when picking up and to our customer that they are delivering to.

I have been using Curri now for years, and they are great. Any last min items customers need on a project locally, or even rather than wait the next day for UPS or FEDX, they get what they need same day for a great price.

It took a long time to find a driver…
It took a long time to find a driver and it took a long time for the driver to get here. When we set up a delivery it would be good to have an option to pick "quickest available vehicle". The product will fit in a car but if all you have is a truck available then send the truck. Sometimes speed is more important than price.

I like the tracking and visibility
I like the tracking and visibility. Only thing that would say could be better is the confirmation/pickup time. Sometimes it takes longer that estimated. Other than that Curri has been great

Do your do diligence
The service does not understand what "rush" means. Drivers ALWAYS take forever. That service should go away. The drivers always show up 1/2hr or more early and have to sit as residential deliveries have to stick to the assigned time. Below you ask for a date of the experience but there are way to many to list. The date I chose only because I had to.
