Customer service skills required to be worked on.
Order was late despite paying for tracked delivery as it stated dates for delivery. Contacted customer service, not helpful at all, infact pretty rude. Item arrived on the date that was stated on the website should I have selected free standard delivery. As a small business owner myself and working full time elsewhere. I understand its a busy time of year however, be honest with customers when uploading information regarding delivery times etc. Quick to take the money, not so quick to satisfy the customer.

Our website stated that Monday was the last day to order for that particular tracked delivery option and the order was made on the Sunday. Our next postal drop off was the Monday. When contacted our message was "Hi, according to Royal Mail "We normally expect to deliver to your address by 3:00pm
Your Item was received by Johnstone DO on 22-12-2023 and is now due for delivery today."
I'll keep an eye on it. We stated that tracked 48 the last date to order for delivery for Christmas was Monday due to delays over the Christmas week." Apologies if this came off as rude.

Excellent service as always. I love this website and buy items frequently and have always found they are of high quality and the low threshold for free postage means I don’t have to spend a fortune to get free postage which, as I live in Northern Ireland, companies take advantage of and charge extortionate shipping costs. The fact they don’t use excessive packaging and any they do use is recyclable is also a bonus.
