Fantastic Company
Okay, this company went far and beyond to actually help me receive a great product but unfortunately it does have a usage limit. It's motor wasn't built for constant use. Respark was so awesome that they actually sent me a new engraver when my other one would stop working along with other items for crafting as an apology for my issue. Their customer service got back to me within an hour of my message being sent out everytime and right away they would send me a new one at no cost to me at an extremely fast rate. Now after my 3rd try I asked for a refund and I was shocked! Without any arguments what so ever or try to push me to receive another one they actual gave me a refund.! Most companies have crappy service and give you problems with getting a refund but not Respark. They are one of a kind and I hope they stay that way. Fantastic Job! I wish they sold more than crafting supplies 😂.

Very impressed with the speedy and helpful customer service provided. I had an issue with the product and received an instant response and replacement, as well as an additional complimentary stencil which was very nice. Amazing service and great product!

Good ideas, mixed delivery
Bought the engraving pen because the design looked promising. The tool’s decent, but delivery dragged on, and battery died quickly. Support eventually replaced it—but the wait and glitches left me hesitant to order again
Good idea, patchy experience
I was excited about my engraving pen—it’s nicely made and arrived in stylish packaging. But battery died quickly, delivery was late, and support took too long to respond. Good when it works, but risky.

Stopped working, hardly used
I bought this pen for my daughter's birthday. She's only used it a few times and although it's holding a charge, it won't turn on with the button. She's very disappointed. I've contacted the company and am yet to receive a response. I'm not expecting much. It was very expensive for only a few uses. Buy something cheaper - at least if it breaks, you can replace it and still be in front.

It has been over three months, and I have yet to receive my package. Despite reaching out via email, I have not received any response. At this point, I have given up waiting, as I am unable to request a refund.
To make matters worse, the tracking status incorrectly shows the package as delivered. Additionally, when the tracking initially stated “attempted delivery,” I was home all day, yet no one arrived. Later, the status was updated to “delivery failed: not at home,” which is completely inaccurate.

Slow delivery time
I ordered my carving set on Jan. 31 (and received order confirmation) and it's not scheduled for USPS delivery until Feb. 10. Now - unless this is being shipped from China, paid-for shipping (faster delivery not given as an ordering option) by the consumer shouldn't take more than 3 days from anywhere in the USA. jeez, I coulda drove to their warehouse and back in less time. Not exactly happy.

Superior torque but doesn't last
It has a lot more torque than the typical Chinese 'polisher' pen in the identical form factor. They also included a micro edged bit, which got me looking for similar bits, and they are excellent (the diamond coated bits are almost useless). Still, for 3-10 times the price, you'd expect something special.
However, it died 2 years after purchase, even though I used it only occasionally, less than 20 hours I'd estimate. It won't charge, and it shuts off due to thermal overload after 5 seconds. Never again; I'm sticking with my mains-powered Foredom.
""EDIT"" Culiau did reach out to me through Trustpilot, to confirm I was an actual customer. I am. But since I responded with the requested additional information, I will also note that I have found several reports of similar sudden failures with the Culiau customizer, with no resolution.
**EDIT 2** Culiau reached out to me to offer a replacement, which they duly sent. The replacement added a nice cap on the business end, and additional instructions in the package. I asked for clarification whether the warranty has been extended or quality issues have been addressed, but received no information on those issues. At their request, I am updating my review to include their followup.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Poor quality product, overprint, customer service that couldn't care less and a very unpleasant experience all round. I've reached out via Instagram but they've changed their business name (clear indicator of a company trying to bury poor reviews, poor service and just poor all round) and seem to remove posts with negative comments on them.
Avoid Culiau Store or Resparkedas they're now trying to market themselves as.

Poor quality and terrible customer service
UPDATED after support response: it's true that I have been in contact with support, but as I have explained to them - this item was a gift from my elderly parents. Finding proof of purchase just to get technical assistance (I have not asked for nor do I expect a replacement) is not a reasonable product support model. I've used it about 5 times in the 6 months I've owned it. The $15 engraver I got from Harbor Freight has lasted 4 years. Again -BUYER BEWARE. This is all a marketing scam for an inferior product.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pen was great until I couldn't get the bit to release. The small screw got stripped out after a few months of use. When I reached out to them for advice, they refused to help me without proof of purchase. It was a gift from my dad. Terrible support. Not surprising. Buyer beware.

Stopped working week after use
I bought the engraver for my creative daughter and she only used it a couple of times and it stopped working. Fully charged and wouldn’t work. Emailed customer support who said they would get back to me within 72 hours but nothing. Trying again but don’t hold much hope.
Thank you for sorting out, really appreciate and my daughter is loving it.

I contacted culiau because my I have had two customizers that do not work…
I contacted culiau because my customizer stopped working and I had not had it for more than a few months, they sent me a replacement which after 2-3 months has stopped working. I have been trying to get a refund since Dec. 19th and all I get is my request is in their queue, I did get asked to send video which I did and have heard nothing since. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. There's always an excuse, the holidays are over I was being patient but now I'm just disgusted and have read many reviews similar to mine.

Gave it as a gift. Unit will not fully charge or turn on. No way to get customer service as no .Com or fone numbers. As far as I am concerned this is Chinese junk and I would advise about purchasing this product.

They fixed it !
Culiau eventually did their utmost to look where my package was. It was the carrier who lost it and afterwards admitted it.
it took Culiau almost a month to answer my questions but when they did they took it serious, went behind it and re-send me my package. It was delivered with 2 months delay and after the birthdays of the boys but everything is done now ! Thanks for this

This company should be put out of business. Do not buy anything from them.
It is now several days after xmas and after numerous (8) attempts to get a response from the so called support team and numerous computer responses stating that they would get back with me after 48 hrs still no response. I ordered two of the engraving pens but only got one. You are cheating me out of $70.00. I have turned this over to my credit card company. After reading the reviews from other other customers that thought they could trust you company I see that I am not alone. If you work for this company you should be ashamed of how it is ripping off their customers.
