I placed an order for an advent calendar on 25th September I had email confirmation and then another to say that it was on its way…since then 10 emails requesting I complete the order as it was still in my basket..this is completely untrue as my payment had appeared on my bank statement on 25th September and I have never received the goods..

Still not received item , 2 weeks later , Tracking numbers given did not work , Please do not buy anything from their website , total scam .

Bought the build bricks advent calendar: absolute scam: got a cheap box with some one dimensional pictures of the items it shows you can build in the add stuck on a piece of material.

Extremely misleading advert no weed could ever do what is claimed

I purchased a mini build-a-brick Christmas advent calendar from Cufryna.com with a price of £24 and £1.98 for delivery I went to my bank account and a big surprise I had two charges different amounts for almost £70 I can't understand how they charged me that and obviously no way to them to accept the cancellation and refund. They are truly thefts DON'T BUY NOTHING TO THEM is a massive FRAUD

Misleading advert, disappointing product and no response to my complaint

I purchased a mini build-a-brick Christmas advent calendar from Cufryna.com after seeing an advert showing ornaments that could be built from small plastic building bricks.

What arrived was nothing like what I expected from the advert. Instead of buildable ornaments, I received tiny, flat plastic pieces with pictures on them and gold thread to hang them up. There were no building bricks to assemble into the ornaments shown in the advertising.

I contacted customer services to request a full refund because the product was not as advertised. I was offered 30%, then 40%, and finally 50% of my money back, but only if I kept the item. I was told that a full refund would require me to return it to China.

I explained that I wanted a full refund because the item I received was fundamentally different from the product advertised. Since my last email, I have heard nothing further.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would urge anyone considering buying from this website to look carefully at customer reviews and be aware of my experience before placing an order.

I am posting this review to share my genuine experience and warn other potential customers.

I was going to buy 3 advent calendars at a cost of £58 , however when I went through to PayPal there was a note stating I would be authorising up to £73 so I instantly cancelled. BEWARE

I bought a Christmas toy/advent calendar for over £20. When it arrived, it was cheap and nasty and nothing like the advert. I have spent over a week trying to return it and get a refund, but the "service" reps continually say they can't find my order, despite me forwarding all the confirmation and shipping emails. I think this "company" is a spam.

Do not use this company.
Website offers discounts and when you click on it, it adds another item to your order, not telling you .
Now it is saying my order is incomplete yet they have taken payment.
You cannot track delivery on their website but have to log onto ‘shop’ which I couldn’t get onto.
Not sure I will ever see this order!

Less than one - DO NOT BUY - total scam

My parents who are both old age pensioners thought they were buying a lovely gift for their grandson. They have been charged £55 and nothing ever arrived. This was 2 calendars when they only wanted one. The website is so deceiving and now they are getting harassed daily to buy more.

I am furious that so many people have been ripped off by this company. PayPal have advised my dad to contact the company first. They have given no reply within 2 weeks, essentially just stealing their money with no goods ever to come.

So do not get caught up in this like my poor mum and dad.

I ordered 2 Advent Calendar building block packs as gifts for my grandchildren. They have arrived and there are no building blocks just small pieces of plastic with a picture on it. Absolute rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I don’t know how to contact this company either. This is a SCAM.

Don’t buy from this company!!! Bought 2 advent calendars yesterday for £42 free postage, this had been confirmed by them as £42, a pain to get out of their site offering loads more discounts, they had given themselves a 5 star review. When I checked my PayPal I had been charged £50.40 twice including £14.75 postage and £2.00 insurance. Reported it to PayPal immediately cancelling the order they refunded my payment on both items. Emailed Cufryna 3 times not heard anything back. Do not use!!!

Just had delivered a mini buildable advent calendar, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement, each door opens onto a plastic picture of a lego type build no larger than an inch, instead of buildable fun its beyond a joke

Edit: they have given themselves 5 star trust pilot reviews, yet no where on their advert is there a review section.
