Great seamless experience - met with lovely representative from Cudoni who came to my home, on my schedule, took stock of what I wanted to sell, weeded through the inventory and took a bag of my items. Emailed confirmation to me about the items.

I was contacted by Cudoni to sell a pair of Berluti loafers, almost unworn. Berluti is a brand Cudoni lists as fit for resale. I accepted to provide them with the shoes in return of a quote and placement on their platform. After providing them with the shoes, for no specific or apparent reason, Cudoni decided the item was not fit for sale ("too much damage") and will be returned within 30 days.

It's doubly frustrating as 1) expectations were not clearly explained ("we will assess any item from a luxury brand and provide you with a quote"), 2) We have no insight as to why they can't sell the shoes (the shoes are almost unworn so the argument does not hold) and 3) I now have lost 2 months in the process of selling my shoes, which was the opposite intention of why I decided to go for a specialised reseller in the first place.
