Expensive postage
Items not as described, inaccurate colour reflected on pictures of one bag and second bag much more marked and damaged than disclosed
Now I also have to pay another £7 to return, bringing postage to £16 for inaccurate described items I won’t keep!

Wattless Company ..
So I sold my bag with Cudoni last year. Everything was fine it went smooth till it came to payments. It’s been over a year and I still haven’t received payment for a Gucci super mini marmont.
I called them relentlessly to be finally told that I will not be paid till their next payment cycle. This is ridiculous. AVOID !

I have looked into this for you and can see that the email address you provided your bank details from and the one you used to create an account with CUDONI were different, so unfortunately our system didn't register that we had received your bank details, which is why payment wasn't made to you when the item had sold.
As soon as this was recitifed the payment was made immediately. I apologise for the frustration and confusion this may have caused. We have very strict procedures in place to ensure our clients safety and security when selling their high value items.
