The price for the minecraft server was absolutely fantantstic for the quality of the service recieved. The support was very kind and helpful. For anyone looking for a good quality economic server hosting provider, this is what you need. The only thing i would recommend is making the game panel user interface a bit more beginner friendly, but you quickly get used to it.

This company is a scam. They hosted our company website and cancelled the registration of our domain all of a sudden leaving the company unreachable, while all fees had been timely paid. Damages for our company are significant. The company cannot be reached anymore and doesn’t respond to mails or support requests either. Don’t waste your money here.

My review was from 8 April 2025. Cubes now responded on 29 August 2025. That is typical for their customer experience: you can't reach them, they do not respond to your queries, you pay them in time and they don't deliver the service. Only after they noticed this review on Trustpilot and tried in vain to have it deleted, they reponedd with an extensive message stating the customer is always in the wrong.
It just proves: don't wast you money here. This company is a scam.

other then the support ticket the discord bot hosting service is extremely fast and affordable i will 100% recommend buying it if you are looking for a affordable good fast hosting service.

Hi! i am new to server making and i wanted to find a decent Java server. to run Geyser which allows you to join the java server from bedrock. i had no clue really how to do this i also wanted to upload the world i was currently working on to the server. and again i could not work it out. i decided to post a ticket and i received a very quick response. very polite, professional and friendly. during the response they had already fixed my issue for me. and tested it was functioning and explained to me how to add my world and they took it upon themselves also to make sure that service was ready and functioning. this eliminated all the stress and headache for me

They also explained to me that bedrock requires a secondary port alongside javas and added one to my server already for me free of charge.

i am extremely pleased and impressed with the service i received they certainly know what they are doing and are very capable! i highly recommend !

i will not add the name of the person who helped me due to confidentiality but i hope the company will check this and go back and see who it was and reward them :)! I've never received a service this fast and effective before with any thing

To give it a quick summary they were so nice and super helpful for the questions i had and needed help with.

I purchased the server the 31/03 and got the server up the same night. i was met with a warm welcome and shown that they cared about they customers, explained what i needed to do and all the information i needed. They made sure i was was happy with the service i got and welcomed me to always ask more question whatever they were for.

They also have some of the best prices on the market especially for five reborn servers you get with the specs.

I will gladly use them again and share my experience with them to others.
