Sheri (who presented the course) was amazing! The topic, of course, was a very important one but how something is presented and explained can make all the difference and this was very evident with Sheri's course. She offered personal and relatable experiences that really made all of the information accessible and applicable.

It is always a pleasure to reach out to the CTRI team, who offer incredible support regardless of the inquiry or issue.

Whether we are working with them to create in-person training, sign up for live webinars, or coordinate training on demand, CTRI is prompt and considerate of their advice and organization.

We will continue to partner with CTRI for our employees' and citizens' training needs.

Timely communication regarding cancelled course

The overall content of the program was great. I learned a lot. Some of the challenges faced by workers were eye-opening. I can apply the strategies I learned.
I would have liked to be able to change the speed on the audio, as the speaker was a bit slow for me. I would recommend this course.

I accidentally registered twice for a workshop and paid double. CTRI staff was very quick and efficient to refund and fix my registration. Great service.

I maintain a monthly membership with the Crisis and Trauma Institute because I get value for my money. My membership offers me the opportunity to access many webinars at no extra cost to me.
I recenly watched one and after I successfully completed a small test on the content the CTRI issued me a certificate.....good to have for proof of continuing education.
In addition to having access to many webinars I also have printed copies of some of the many free resource materials that come with membership.
I also print the many short articles on different topics related to mental health that I receive from the CTRI.
Finally, CTRI sends me a monthly e-mail in which they offer discounts on some of the many different types of learning opportunities that they offer.....live presentations, webinars, books etc.....

The workshop provided great usable information, and was presented with lots of real life examples. Facilitator was knowledgeable and held the attention of participants well.

I have always loved the content that CTRI offers: I have taken many courses through this company and intend to do more!

Working with people who are passionate about restorative justice made this experience more enriching. It was a beautiful blend of information/theory and practice. Alana brought knowledge, expertise, and guidance to each day, supporting us in becoming confident in our capabilities to implement Restorative Justice daily.
