BUYER BEWARE - defective product and warranty is not honored.

⚠️ I run an event rental business and purchased 120 ivory chair cushions from Flash Furniture (AKA CTC Event Furniture). After following standard procedures to transport the BRAND NEW cushions to the event site, I discovered that black ink from their formaldehyde warning labels had transferred onto the vinyl of 114 cushions, leaving them visibly stained and unusable.

This wasn’t mishandling — it was a defect in their labeling materials, and there was no warning provided about potential ink transfer. Their own warranty says chair cushions are covered for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.

Flash Furniture (AKA CTC Event Furniture) initially offered me a 25% reimbursement, then rescinded that offer without explanation. They then closed my case and stopped responding. I’ve since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Georgia Attorney General due to their complete lack of accountability.

This issue has cost me money and time, and I strongly advise anyone — especially businesses depending on product quality — to think twice before purchasing from Flash Furniture or Belnick Inc.

I’m happy to update this review if the company chooses to do the right thing.

Ordered 66 wood chairs Champange. 3 chairs missing....25% of the chairs had scratches four had deep gouges in the seat and 1 had a huge gouge in side of chair....I called three times left message no return call....I finally took the time to stay on line 15minutes to wait for them to answer......I should have called within 24 hours....Hum...
I said ok I live with that .....please tell me the brand name of paint so I can touch up the 20 chairs which scuffs....They have no information ......Is it water based is it oil....they know nothing...
Well I need another 150 chairs will never shop here again...
Oh, I also ordered 1200.00 worth of tables ....they arrived as expected without incident....But, I won't buy from a company that sending merchanise....that out of the wrapper is scratched enough that my clients will notice......People were nice but do not honor normal business practise. Selling merchandise that is scratched.

Absolutely awful!!! Stay far away from this company. Chairs have been missing for almost a month and was told to take it up with road runner that they did their job. The absolute worst customer service. This company takes no responsibility for the delivery of their products! Buy anywhere but here.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received my chairs faster than expected and delivery gut was pleasant also..

I love that I got a response almost immediately for our quote inquiry. And a person with a name rather than a generated response got back to me. The rep was clear, professional, and asked if it would be helpful to have a sample chair sent to us! That blew me away. She had it shipped no cost immediately. As an Interior Designer, I find that clients love to see and feel a product before buying a huge quantity. I will continue to use CTC for Event Furniture whenever possible!

I ordered 600 cross back chairs and a variety of 70+ tables. The experience with CTC was flawless. They delivered as promised. The farmhouse tables exceeded my expectations!

The tables I ordered are great. I had an issue with shipping but customer service was quick to resolve the issue and followed up throughout the process. I was very impressed with how quickly they communicated and resolved the issue. You can order tables anywhere but you will not receive the same level of customer service.
