Bought a gloss black kit for my BMW X5. Landed next day. I was really impressed with how good the fitting is, the quality of the kit. Took around 3 hours to fit, only thing I’d advise is getting some bond for the spoiler as it didn’t come with any. The kit lined up perfectly and really solid overall a really good quality product.

I believe a full picture is always fairer, so I am updating this review to show that the situation was ultimately resolved.
Following my formal complaint CT Carbon dispatched the outstanding item promptly, included additional extras as a gesture of goodwill. The shipment is now on its way.
I appreciate that CT Carbon ultimately stepped up and made things right. The original review reflects a genuine and frustrating experience, but in the interest of fairness I wanted to acknowledge that the situation was resolved — and resolved well.

I ordered a set of spoilers from CT Carbon on 29 November 2025. The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks. It is now over three months later and my order has still not been fulfilled.
After the delivery window passed with no update, I filed a formal complaint. I was assured the order would be dispatched urgently. It was not. A month later I complained again — only to be told that one item was out of stock and that a partial delivery could be made. I agreed. The partial delivery arrived.
Three weeks on, the final item still has not been sent. No tracking number, no firm date, no proactive communication.

Ordered the wrong drl's and had to return. There was a massive courier fault which led to an extremely long delay. Ct carbon were extremely understandable and refunded me as soon as they received it. I also bought some rear vent covers which look outstanding on my car. Really impressed with this company.

M5 carbon front air intakes , top quality stuff and delivery was spot on . Will definitely be using again,would highly recommend 5*****.

I recently used CT Carbon, and I’m really happy with their service. The quality of the parts was really good, and everything looked exactly as expected. The fitting process was quick and reliable, with no issues at all. Communication was clear and professional throughout. The only small downside was that delivery took slightly longer than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait. Overall, I’d highly recommend them!

Had a bit of an issue with my side mirror and called up to see if I could have some help. Phoebe answered and was really helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome really. Top customer service and really friendly.

Harry and the team at ct carbon are brilliant. Service is 10/10. I was booked in for a 2 hour slot and thought I'll just wait around then luckily by chance they had a courtesy car available and gave me it so I wasn't waiting around, That is what you call amazing service. Then I got a good few bits done to the car and they have just transformed the look of it. Highly highly recommended and ill be back with future cars for sure.

I accidentally ordered the f23 body kit for my f22, ct carbon was very helpful when I told them. Most of the parts fitted anyways except the spoiler which I sent back and they sent me the correct one free of charge. The body kit took longer then expected to arrive but was in perfect condition when it did, overall would recommend.

Purchased a BMW X5 G05 full black kit, including fitting at their unit, and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely chuffed to bits with CT Carbon — the kit looks incredible and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and top-quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

Just purchased a carbon fibre front splitter and rear diffuser for my F87 M2, I chose CT Carbon based on reviews and recommendations form the forums I’m on.
Parts arrived and the quality is amazing. The fitment was absolutely spot on and both went on with absolute zero issues.
Highly recommend and will get my carbon bit from these guys going forward.

I have recently ordered some front grilles for my car from CT Carbon. After running into problems with the delivery company I contacted customer support and they were very good at dealing with the issue and getting the grilles delivered to me asap. I would definitely recommend using CT Carbon because you can rest assured that if there are any issues the customer support team will deal with them very well.
