A big scam but well presented it

A big scam but well presented it
Do not purchase anything from this website as is not safe and your data may be sold to a third party and be used.

I have place an order on 13 of January for a ID card that I paid 60£ plus the tracking( an option that is mandatory when purchase something from them).

Person how reply to my email regarding the customisation of the card was prompt before purchase the card and after the purchase I found out that is more fees to pay for this card that is doesn't say on the website.
They run apparently a non refund policy and you can take your money back after any virtual purchase. The only way that you can take your money back is to report it to your bank and report it as a fraud.

Several email send to them regarding the status of the order with no reply at all.

Have a look at the website as as well I have report it as non trust site on google

No customer support . It’s been 1 month and order still hasn’t. Been shipped…

No customer support I’ve sent messages on the platform no response I sent email no response. I ordered some products on December 4, 2024. My products have still not shipped out yet. Why did I pay 40 for shipping if it takes more than a month to get what you payed for could you please ship my order. Thank you in advanced

We have responded to your email last night within 5 minutes of receiving your email.

We explained and it’s in our policies that at this time a year I instruct my staff to take much needed rest and to spend the holiday season with family, you was made aware of longer delays on the 6th of December which I would ask you to go back to and read as you never responded to us in the chat.

You was also informed that you item will be shipped when operations start again on the first Wednesday in January..


So please amend your review as it is completely incorrect.

LLC and Diplomatic Plan experience

The swift processing of my LLC including the Federal Postal Judge status.
The processing of the Diplomatic plan on the other hand has taken too long.
One thing I miss in the website is finding the record of my orders and purchases

What great service

What great service, they have been able to help with a number of potential issues relating to wrong doing by financial institutions all of which have been dealt with in my favour
