Do not order. Received a faulty toy. Never received a reply from their customer service about it. Placed another order for a new one anyways but they never shipped it. I will chargeback both transactions. Have it your way, scammers!
Well, I placed an order for a machine gun, scope and some parts for a Christmas gift. After placing an order, I read the reviews and started panicking. I wrote them several e-mails with no response. During one of the tries I was no longer able to access the website. I tried to restore the account and it was unsuccessful. So at that point I "wrote off" the money paid and accepted that I was scammed... I stopped counting months and forgot everything about it, BUT!!! LO AND BEHOLD!!! My order showed up in my mailbox with prefect items, in good shape, new and functioning. My son was delighted! So I am happy!
Scammers! My son ordered an item with his own money. Never arrived and they just don’t answer emails.
This store has nice products but you may get nothing at all and be ignored by customer service. Purchased two items successfully with super slow shipping. Still, they were very good quality at a reasonable price so I was satisfied overall.
Third item never arrived and UPS showed it had never been received. First inquiry (60 days following order) to CSNoobs resulted in a quick response to be patient and advised me that the item I ordered needed to be sent by cargo ship. So, I missed Christmas Day even though I ordered on 10/17. Then at 90 days I followed up and customer service completely disappeared. After three emails went unanswered, I was able to get a refund from my credit card. Still, nothing from CSNoobs
Don’t buy anything from Csnoobs, they are scammers. I haven’t recieved anything and now the package is being returned to them. I’ve contacted them in all the ways, but nothing… they will never answer you!
Very accurate model of colt 45 delivery as promised in 4 weeks I was very happy with purchase for about 4 months until the hammer broke off have tried to contact the service dept total waste of time no- one answers they are not helpful don’t care once the product has been sold
I ordered this and paid in full 04/03/24 to be shipped within 10-20 days. I emailed them 13 days later on 04/16/24 inquiring about the status of my order and received no response. It has now been 64 days and I have not received my item nor any communication. At this point who knows if I will ever get my item or a refund.
I'm on the fence about Csnoobs.
I did receive my orders however, 2 of the 3 items I purchased were damaged. 1 of the 2 damaged items was minor, still fully functional and able to be used, just didn't look pretty.
The second of the 2 items had too much damage to even use, so I requested an exchange and to be expedited because it was a present for my brother and only had a week left before the celebration.
They told me they couldn't get the item here in time so told me they'd refund me and I did get a response but that was amost a month ago. I was told 7-10 days for refund. I have feeling I'm not getting a refund.
It's a shame too because I want/need to order more, a lot more, but at this point I think I might try another avenue to supply my new business, ****The Guantlet Battlefield, coming soon to Southern California. San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside.

Es el peor sitio donde he comprado nunca hice la compra de un 1873 red dead redemption revolver toy y me mandaron un correo con mi factura dirección y de más y a las horas me mandan un segundo correo que pone check out y quieren que pague otra vez por el producto por el que ya pague, he sido estafado por que si no pagas que obviamente no voy a pagar 2 veces por 1 producto no se hace el envío con lo cual no te llega el producto. La peor empresa en la que he comprado nunca
Package was sent. I never received package due to it being sent back by delivery company because the package was damaged. I email for refund and got a response that refund would be available in 7-10 days. Still no refund for the last month and a half and no emails responded to since the first one. Thief in the night.
Never received the item sent multiple emails got a response from them they said to wait longer now after multiple more emails I haven’t heard anything back
