Amazing Experience and Awesome Bikes at CSM
Carlos was amazing and met my husband and I on Memorial Day to help us pick out our bikes. We rode them around the neighborhood and tried different Velotric electric bikes until we chose our favorites. He matched the Memorial Day specials online and delivered the bikes to us the next day. Amazing customer Service and I totally recommend Carlos and CSM bikes!

Friendly and knowledgeable. He runs the store out if his home which is nice because you can test ride the bikes in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Great service. Carlos went above and beyond to get us ebikes that met our needs. When there was a delay in shipping and a problem with one bike as delivered, he insisted that we receive a new bike when a repair wasn't to his satisfaction.
CSM stands behind his products and provided extra accessories. GREAT company to deal with.

CSM is an amazing company to use
CSM is an amazing company to use. You get honest and upfront service. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had the best costumer service. Personally coming to pick up the bike and allowing us to have a loaner so we could enjoy the summer with an electric bike. Although, it wasn’t an easy task he constantly battled with the bike company on our behalf! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Carlos did a great job!
Carlos is a very helpful guy who wanted to be absolutely sure the bike was in tip-top shape. My bike ended up being a challenge and he spent far more time than he charged me for to make sure he figured it out. Highly recommended!
