CS lofts have done a fantastic job in building my loft and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing a loft to check them out. The build was completed very quickly, way quicker than any other company estimated and to a high standard (everyone who sees it comments on the quality and high standard of build) equally any hurdles that came along were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
“efficient and seamless” are words that come to mind.
The L shaped loft came in exactly on budget and the pricing was very competitive and good value for money compared to other quotes
As I said I would highly recommend CS lofts if you a considering doing a loft, they did a excellent job for me, just ticked all the boxes and if I was to do another loft conversion it would be a no brainer I would just go straight to them.

Clear communication about the process from design, planning to final build (2 bedrooms and a bathroom). Benni project manager was excellent and was contactable throughout, listening to all concerns, and gave clear honest responses. Costs from initial quote were honoured and additional requests from us were clearly costed and carried out. James and Paul did a fantastic job doing the building work. The trades that followed overall were good. I would recommend CS lofts. Naturally with a large project like this there will be snags and issues but overall they were addressed as best possible.

Great loft conversion, brilliant tradesmen and all done in 5 weeks

Cs lofts have been great, I have had a really good experience with them building my loft conversion, they were really helpful including taking on extra mini projects ( eg taking out a chimney in another room etc). the build team were excellent, always punctual, tidy and hit agreed deadlines. We had a brilliant project manager Benni, he was super efficient and fast to come back, dealt with any queries really quickly and well and always keeping the project on track. We finished well ahead of guide lead time.

We highly recommend CS Lofts. They did a beautiful job, with a small and really expert team. We are really impressed with their work and so happy with the result. Many thanks to the whole team.

When choosing a company for a loft conversion, we did the obvious thing and got a few companies to quote and discuss the job.
We found CS lofts with a simple Google search as we wanted to see if there was a local company to offer another quote for comparison. They had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group.
We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive and very comprehensive which we were very happy with.
We managed to get a build slot earlier than anticipated and CS lofts were brilliant from the start to finish. We were very fortunate to have Benni and his team as our main guys doing the work and we honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly!
Right from the start, before any work had started, Benni came to have a chat and a look around. From this point he was giving his ideas and insights which saved us both time and complications later. He managed to give ideas we’d never thought of, but wish we had! We immediately had a schedule and build plan from Benni, and we knew we were in good hands.
The speed at which these guys worked was astounding. And, to have such a quality job as well! We saw progress right from the start and we were kept informed and up to date all the way through.
Every single one of the trades we had in were brilliant. Genuinely nice guys each with incredible work. Everyone was polite and they kept everything clean and tidy which was greatly appreciated, as we had experienced builders that have been sloppy and not cleaned up after themselves.
Special thanks to Benni and his team for all their work. Their work was fantastic, and Benni would go that extra mile to help with any changes to the planned work. We were happy having them around our family. Fully trustworthy, honest guys

Our project involved lowering the ceilings throughout the house, so it was a significant build, but it was completed on time and within budget. We were really impressed with both the quality and the speed of the build. The team at CS Lofts were great to work with—Tyler and Alex, the builders, were fantastic, and even our dog misses them! Richard and Luke managed the project efficiently and were always quick to respond whenever we had a query or needed expert advice on decisions.

Even our decorator, who has worked with us for years, was impressed with the standard of the work. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a loft conversion.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers.
They handle everything. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-off
His first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual.
His reccos for additional tiling,and decorating have also been good.
There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally.
The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

I would definitely recommend using CS Lofts if you’re considering a loft conversion.  The build was done so efficiently and quick and their advice throughout was invaluable. The whole team have been fantastic – especially as we had some unexpected personal challenges during the build.  We are just completing the decoration and can’t wait to move in.
 
 

Friendly and on time .. only advice is think carefully if you want toilet units that go to the floor because the timing of the tiling usually does not coincide with the installation units and you end up paying twice .. very professional team though

Stress-Free Project

This was our second loft conversion project, and what a difference it was working with CS Loft! To be honest, I was almost skeptical at first—seeing so many positive reviews seemed too good to be true. But the experience was truly outstanding, with literally zero stress.

We went with CS Loft because Richard, from the very start, was incredibly client-focused. He genuinely listened to our needs and had great ideas and suggestions how to achieve what we wanted. Spencer and Joe did a fantastic job—clean, efficient, and hassle-free. On the admin side, the whole team was super responsive, to the point that they were chasing us because they were moving faster than expected!

We’ve had a really good experience with CS lofts. Our loft conversion was complex with the floor below needing to have ceilings lowered slightly first to then have two bedrooms and a bathroom added in the loft. The team worked at a consistently fast pace and to very good quality. Would use again in the future.

We recently had a dormer loft conversion done by CS Lofts, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The two new rooms have transformed our home, and we are especially happy with the quality of the work and the smooth process throughout. From the very beginning, CS Lofts impressed us with their clear and timely communication. CS Lofts completed a hip to gable + dormer loft conversion for us in autumn 2024 and we couldn't be happier with it!

Benni was our contact throughout and was always on hand to respond to our questions in the WhatsApp group regardless of time of day. He and the team were exceedingly professional and polite throughout the entire build. When one leg of the scaffolding needed to be put up in our elderly neighbor's garden, he commented on how polite the team who spoke to him were which meant a lot to us.

The team were always considerate of our house and minimised the disruption to our day to day lives in any way they could. The build was rapid from start to finish being less than 2.5 months and it always felt that we were a priority.

Benni was courteous and professional whenever we spotted a snag or something we wanted edited and made sure that the loft was converted exactly how we wanted it.

Of the 3 companies we got to quote, CS Lofts were by far the most professional; the only ones to suggest having the staircase over our existing one (far better than our original plan); and came in with the best price.

We recently had our loft completed in our Victorian terrace by CS lofts and really couldn't recommend them more. The quality of work done by the CS Lofts team exceeded my expectations. There was a slight delay starting the work, but once the work was started it was clear that the team was skilled and competent in their work.
