Monika, we’re sorry you remain dissatisfied, but the statement that the system “doesn’t work” does not reflect the issue documented in our communications. The concern brought to our team was that the approved 500-gallon storage tank would not fit through the installation access, not that the reverse osmosis system had failed to treat the water.
Once the sizing concern was raised, our team worked extensively to offer several possible resolutions. These included exchanging the tank for multiple smaller tanks, returning only the tank and sourcing an alternative locally, or returning the complete system. You ultimately chose to return only the 500-gallon tank while retaining the reverse osmosis system and the remaining tank-kit components.
We assisted with the return, inspected the tank, waived the applicable restocking fee, and issued a refund based on the amount actually paid for the individual tank after the affiliate discount, less the return-freight expense. Components that were retained could not be included in the refund for the returned tank.
We recognize that discovering the tank would not fit the intended space was frustrating. However, our records show that our team provided multiple options, made exceptions to our standard policies, and worked toward a fair resolution. Subsequent payment disputes have been handled through the appropriate financial channels, and we do not believe it would be productive or appropriate to disclose those details publicly.

I bought a system to wash my car because of the hard water we have in AZ. Unfortunately the system didn’t make a difference and I still get deep hard water spots all over my vehicle. Very disappointed and I feel tricked.

Hi Jamie, we completely understand why continuing to see deep water spots would leave you disappointed. You purchased this system to solve a very specific and frustrating problem with Arizona’s hard water, and we never want a customer to feel tricked, misled, or let down.
We would like to send you a complimentary replacement DI cartridge. Based on what you’ve described, we believe replacing the cartridge may resolve the spotting, while also giving us a fresh and reliable baseline if any additional troubleshooting is needed.
In a situation like this, we would typically recommend comparing the incoming and treated-water TDS readings. Highly mineralized water can exhaust deionization resin more quickly, particularly when the incoming TDS or flow rate is high. Those readings can help us determine whether the media exhausted unusually quickly, water is bypassing treatment, or another part of the system’s configuration is affecting performance.

Customer service and the products are great
Customer service and the products. The substitute products do not work and are a waste of money. These initially lasted me 7 yrs. I don’t use a lot of water. The others never blocked the chlorine and w/i a yr, I had to replace all of them.
