The product works as advertised. However, it is finicky and very easy to break. It took a few revisits from my well specialists for the downstream side to stop randomly leaking. One time it electrocuted my finger! They got it right this time around but this could use a more robust design.

Even though the leak has been corrected, we would appreciate the opportunity to review what occurred. Please contact our technical support team with your order information and any available installation details or photos. If any leaking or moisture reappears near the system’s electrical components, disconnect the power and stop using the unit until it has been inspected by a qualified professional.
