I originally called the Waterford company to purchase champagne flutes. As they do not offer engraving, which I specified, I was referred to Crystal Classics for the purchase and engraving. I am thrilled to have been given that recommendation. I put in an order and was given selections for type of engraving and font style. Before placing the order, fortunately, I was sent an image of the monogramming I had chosen. I decided to make a change which they immediately accommodated for me. The beautiful flutes were then delivered shortly after. Highest praise for the communication and service I received from Crystal Classics!

I love my Villeroy & Boch platter. I had been eyeing it for some time, and then it went on sale. I purchased it immediately. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the products, but what really set this company apart was the care and diligence in the packing of the crystalware for shipping. The box showed the effects of transit, but nothing was broken. I was left with the impression that it could have been dropped from the Empire State Building balcony with no damage to the contents. I received an email with a discount code for 10% on my order and despite multiple attempts the discount code did not work. I have now made 2 order where I received the discount code email and it didn’t work

Have long used Crystal Classics for special gifts and personal purchases and been very pleased with the quality of items and customer service, including the well packed items and fast shipping. I am sad to hear this company is closing. But, am looking every day at opportunities to acquire more pieces at excellent clearance prices.

The products Crystal Classics are truly beautiful.More importantly,is the personalization they offer. The engraving requested went through an approval and completion process. Upon which the gifts were carefully packaged in their unique boxes and placed in organza bags with our gift message. This made our experience great.
