Absolutely outstanding service from Crystal Carpet Cleaners!
From the moment I booked, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to every detail. My carpets look brand new again and smell fresh and clean.
I was especially impressed with how thorough they were in removing stains I thought would never come out. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and excellent value for money.

They cleaned our carpet on 5th November and it is a disaster. First of all, our carpet was so wet it took 2 days to make it dry. We couldn’t close the windows for 2 days. It has a really strong smell because of overuse of cleaning solutions. This smell is so toxic it makes the whole family quite sick. We still can't stay in that room for more than a few minutes due to this toxic smell. We have already cleaned the carpet using Rug Doctor with only water for 3 times. All 3 times it was clear the carpet is still full of the cleaning solution.
What's funny is that despite the overuse of the detergent the stains on our carpet have not been removed. Avoid them, don’t let them to bring you problems you'll have to deal with.

I recently hired Crystal Carpet Cleaning to clean two flights of stairs, a landing, a rug, and a sofa, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Konstantino, in particular, was absolutely marvelous, taking care of every detail with great attention. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and punctual, arriving exactly on time as promised.
They managed to remove every single stain, and now everything looks as good as new! The sofa and carpets are spotless and fresh, with no trace of dirt or grime left behind. Konstantino ensured that everything was done to perfection, working efficiently without cutting any corners.
