My journey with DÉCAAR started in September 2023, when our clinic became a stocklist for the DÉCAAR products, prior to this my business partner had a Cryosthetics training.

I personally used the DÉCAAR products, loved it and decided we would like to be their stocklist.

Since 2023, I had non stop communication with Jack who has been absolutely fantastic, he always commicated if anything in the products where changing from prices, packaging to ingredients.

He is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic & passionate about the treatment & products.

I have always received an immerse support from Jack and the team, to a point where Jack visited our clinic en route to his holiday and gifted us the DÉCAAR experience kit, making our clinic the first in the UK to receive it.
Since then I have done the algae peel training and this has become a popular treatment for me.

No communication to explain product was out of stock. Waited over a week for delivery, delivery price is expensive.

Great training (i personally would have liked more practical training on the day with the device) however the training was in depth, well presented, thorough and the supporting manual is a great tool, the cryotherapy product/treatment is very good and I'm getting great results for my clients. If I have a query I get a quick reply from Andrew which is very supportive, my orders have arrived on good time and the buying process is straightforward, I highly recommend.

I had my training in the DÉCAAR Algae peel Nov 2023 and the training was intimate which made all the difference to how I learnt.
Since then my brand is building with DÉCAAR being one of my popular treatments and it’s so easy liaising with Cryosthetics.
Jack, Brooke and the team are quick at answering questions in detail, supporting me and it’s super easy placing orders with them.
Due to my great experiance I will soon be training with Cryosthetics for Cryopen.

I had my Algae Peel training on 12 May 2024 in Northampton with the lovely Emma Firth.

The training consisted of a small group of ladies which meant that there was a lot interaction amongst the group. Emma was very informative and delivered the training superbly.
