I've been using CPS several times a year for ten years and always received the most efficient and effective service. I wish other aspects of service provision in our lives were as slick as CPS. I take this opportunity to remind readers that CPS are not responsible for huge numbers of guests arriving at the same time resulting in congestion. Arrive at the time suggested by the Cruise Line and there is rarely a problem.

We arrived at the port on the 2nd of September sailing with Princess. We arrived at 12.20 expecting to board the ship with no problems. After waiting in a queue for a long time in the hot sun we were then moved to yet another long queue for another long wait. My argument is we paid a premium price of £243 for a trouble free assisted parking. Once the car had been taken we got on the ship within minutes. The whole process for leaving the car took nearly 2 hours which I find unacceptable and a poor service.

Absolutely superb from drop off to pick up as always . The staff, are so friendly,courteous and helpful . Your holiday starts from the minute you give your car keys to CPS and ends with such ease when you pick them up. Wouldn’t use anyone else . Never let us down in 20 years .

First time using cps for our first cruise. Got our cruise off to a great start, process so simple and quick. Staff added to the easiness. At the end of our cruise staff assisted us to locate our car and we were on our way home in no time. No issues with the car when we got to it. Would use again.

We were unable to go ahead with our parking arrangement at the 11th hour due to an imminent family death. I emailed the company on the 3/9/2023( Outside of the cancellation terms and conditions) requesting a transfer of my parking arrangement to my new cruise in 2024. Not only did the company reply by email before 9.00am the following day to say "so sorry to hear about your news" they transferred my existing parking arrangement at no extra cost and forwarded my new documentation at the same time . I thought the company provided an excellent service when I used then in 2021 but I can now add compassion and understanding to their excellent facility, at a particularly emotional time.

CPS is the epitome of parking services

CPS were very well recommended, but arrival at Berth 38/89 Southampton was utter chaos. Long wait to get into car transfer warehouse. Crowds of people jostling for space and trolleys etc which didn't help. On our return, no instructions made sense at all. The kiosk is nearly hidden from sight when you exit Customs. Most of their staff instructions were vague and we ended up having to ask others for help. Then the realisation that we had to push our very heavy trolley up a slope, down a slope, along a long pathway, across a wide road, and to the back of a car park, to find our car. We are disabled passengers (but not yet applied for blue badge, as we can manage if we don't have a heavy load to push for ages). All very anxiety-creating for what is a very expensive service. No doubt they are better at quieter times and in quieter places.

Efficient, courteous and quick handover and collection. Fast access to boarding.

Easiest way to travel by car to Southampton for a cruise. Staff are efficient and polite and it is just a short walk to drop your baggage off. Just as efficient when we collected too.

Booked parking at the QE2 terminal for Sky Princess, terrible queues to get into the "terminal" where you drop the car off, over 4 lines each holding probably 15 cars, must have waited at least 45 minutes in the car before getting to handover point. That process was handled promptly and efficiently once being seen. On return easy to pick keys up and good directions to car. However, not then very impressed to find car entertainment system taken off internet and radio tuned into a radio station I most certainly would not listen to. Other car safety features turned off, I had tracked the car and it had only been moved about 5 minutes away so why this needed to happen I have no idea.

Great service at drop off the staff were friendly and explained everything clearly making it and easy drop off after a long drive. We expected a que on pick up but the staff were very quick and very friendly plus there was no que ! We were able to leave the car park quickly and easily.

Excellent service from CPS as usual have used them for all the cruises we’ve been on (27) never had a problem always polite and friendly thank you

Another great experience from CPS. Always use them when cruising from Southampton and have never had any problems. Always a bonus that if your ship returns to a different terminal, CPS will always move your car to the correct terminal for when you return. Also, love the way they take photos of your car before taking the keys from you for piece of mind.

This was our first cruise so we weren’t sure about the process. We drove up to the side of the ship and within minutes we were out of the car with our luggage and on our way. The car parking was all taken care of. Wonderfully friendly staff. So welcoming and helpful. They explained the whole procedure. Would definitely use CPS again.

Just back from first time ever sailing on a cruise out of Southampton, and CPS just exceeded all expectations. I had been concerned about how it would all work, but it was absolutely seamless. We drove straight into the hangar and were immediately ushered into a bay. 10 minutes later, someone had come to collect our keys, and we were straight on the ship. Upon return, the office is immediately after you exit the luggage reclaim, with super friendly staff to guide you to collect your key, and then to your car. Absolutely brilliant service. Will definitely be using again, and recommending to friends

Damn, that was so simple! We used them to look after our car whilst we were on the P&O Iona. I was very nervous first of all- with hindsight, I have no idea why. I never had to do a thing! I pulled up and they started to check the car in without any prompt from me. A lovely lady came up, called me by my name and told me to take my cases out and start our holiday! Coming back was just as easy- I handed in my ticket, they gave me the key and away we went. I have already booked them for my next cruise, and honestly don’t think I will be using any other company.

Unfortunately my partner suffered a mishap on her cruise and had to fly home - the staff at CPS made the process of picking the car up as smooth as possible- were easy to keep in touch with and so helpful especially Richard but also all the other staff I dealt with - big thank you to everyone

Returned from an amazing 2 week cruise with Island Princess this morning to be greeted by a welcoming team at CPS. The service was excellent. We were in our car and on our way home in literally no time at all. Over the years we have traveled down to Southampton every way possible. Driving down by car and parking with CPS was by far was the most relaxing, time efficient and reassuring process. I travel with two disabled family members and I can't thank CPS enough for the help and support this morning. Great team, will definitely use them again.

Quick and efficient service. Helpful staff. Through the process of booking, dropping off the car and picking it back up after our holiday everything went as smoothly as we could have wished.
