I read about this company on Facebook. the information came from a reported conversation between Emily Matlis and the CEO of NatWest group. the whole presentation was suspect but always on the lookout for new ideas I completed their form and awaited their call, meanwhile I checked Trustpilot. The company is not despite claims in the Facebook post, registered with FCA.

when they called me the number rang one and cut out. Being a polite chap I called back what was an unknown mobile number. I connected with a strange collection of tones and so hung up. Within a minute the number called again and I was talking to a person who gave his name as Smith.
He began his, obviously scripted, presentation by asking a stream of questions, to none of which he received useful responses. As example he asked if I am a sophisticated investor, whether I had invested in financial markets previously and a couple more questions all framed within the one question. A great example of due diligence to which I answered with a question. He then asked my age so I asked why he wanted it. "Because", he said, "we have an upper age limit". When asked what is is he replied 85 which i pointed out is above the average life expectancy of a UK male. I refused to tell him my age or date of birth because it was irrelevant to the conversation.

The conversation quickly descended into Smart Alex comments and when he asked if I am a woman because it's usually women who worry about their age I hung up.

He called in total eight times until I warned hi that one more call would result in a complaint to the police.

These people strike me as potentially dangerous, financially speaking, Particularly so, to vulnerable people who need to find more income.
The number he used was +44 7726 291057 which I blocked calls then came from 7441 907776, 909248, 946376, 914246, 996559, 909369, 995890,

I have received at least three calls from this company despite having told them explicitly that I do not wish to discuss anything with them.

Itchas been suggested that they need more information to identify the incident. All they need to do is check their phone records.

Crownexis have aggressively pursued my 85 year old mother after she mistakenly made contact. Crownexis are an offshore trading platform not covered by UK financial protections and should be avoided. They are HIGH RISK. They persuaded her to pay for a AI Matrix Hub course from Course-Matrix Online Academy - wholly inappropriate course for someone who doesnt use AI- and the bank fraud department suggested this scam may be to make Crownexis appear legitimate at the beginning of their exploitation of someone, and to obtain bank card details. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I put in my savings and initially saw some returns. When I was asked to invest more, I simply couldn't afford to. Now I'm trying to get my money back but I've been told I can't withdraw anything unless I put in more first.
I've never been asked to put in more money just to withdraw with Center for Venture Education. They've always been dependable and my withdrawals are paid without any issues.

If I could, I would give this company negative stars. My experience with their service was completely disappointing. I felt no genuine interest in helping me as a customer; instead, I was constantly passed from one department to another, and support tickets were created that never received a proper resolution. After investing a significant amount of money and needing to withdraw my funds urgently, the problems began. Instead of helping me withdraw my own money, they constantly asked me to pay additional fees and commissions. I grew increasingly frustrated and worried because, despite the payments I had made, I wasn't getting my money back. Finally, I decided to seek outside help and contacted 乂爪卂匚զ to explain everything that had happened. They reviewed my case, requested additional information and documents, and I provided everything necessary to file my claim. After a few days, they informed me that a refund might be possible. Honestly, I had very little hope of recovering my money. However, to my great surprise, the refund was processed, and my bank confirmed that the funds had been received. I felt incredibly relieved and grateful for the outcome. This experience taught me the importance of seeking help when a financial situation becomes complicated. I give 乂爪卂匚 5 out of 5 stars for the support received.

I have been trying to to withdraw funds and close account – 410103172 - for over a week.

Crownexis Customer Support stated that - the only withdrawal option currently available is through a Bitcoin wallet. Once the withdrawal has been completed, we can assist you with the account closure process".

This despite the Crownexis chat box stating that “for specific details about alternative withdrawal methods like bank transfers or to discuss closing your account, our team can assist you directly. You can reach out to us at:

And “We highly recommend speaking with your Success Manager regarding all account-related details. Your manager will be able to provide detailed information, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the next steps.”
He eventually told me that first I had to verify the account, which I could not do (because of the identity photo required.).
I do not want a bitcoin wallet or to provide passport or driving licence details just to withdraw my money and close the account. Hence this one star review.

The guy that helped start trading (Succes Manager) asked me if I would like to have this saving account with the amount of £50000. I said I don't have that amount, but the guy said there are companies that can give you that money. First, I thought he meant in a month time, but then he started rushing me. Also, my understanding was that the company gives me the money and I need to give 30% back out of my profit.
He asked me to share my screen so he can help me take a loan. Which I did. I can prove that. £20000! At the point my bank refused to send the money into the account (that Crownexis manager opened for me), I said I'm not going to do it. Today we were supposed to trade on the platform like I did the last 2 weeks. He didn't show up. I've tried to withdraw money, but I need a BTC wallet address. Turns out it's a bitcoin address! The guy assured me that this is nothing to do with bitcoin! So all of it spam.

Opened account to see what it’s about and so sorry I did, been getting 7-10 phone calls a day off different mobile numbers desperately trying to get me to add funds, after reading reviews on here I definitely won’t be adding any money. Also think my number has been sold on as I have been receiving various scam calls regarding insurance since I opened the account!!

I would give a minus if that was possible
My account manager was Mason Lee, I invested the £120 suggested and made money, not a lot, but he kept pushing for more. Thankfully I stuck to my guns and refused
He asked several times if my bank had been in touch asking questions, they had not.
On day 4 I decided this was not for me, I don’t want constant phone calls every day and asked to close my account.
He became very patronising, calling me luv, which he stopped when I suggested he was being rude, he told me he can’t close my account but would pass me over to someone who could…….. have heard nothing since, but they have not heard the last of me !
AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Very explanatory, very reassuring. It was very frank and straightforward. He makes me understand, tells me the risks and benefits. Doesn’t enforce or hide the facts as they are. It was truthful and straight to the point

Crownexis are criminals. Should be able to provide no star st all. How this company could improve is to disappear off the earth. They are criminals and liars who will steal money all the while pretending that they have recovered lost funds for you. You won’t see anything from them and they will ignore phone calls. They are very good at conning people into giving them money which you will never see again. The client managers that I spoke to were totally focussed on getting you to invest in a hard sell manner and simply ignored what I said so I decided to e-mail client relations.
I found Client Relations e-mail address from Trust pilot reviews, The outcome of this was that I was strung along for a number of days until client relations stopped responding to my e-mails at all so no progress has been made. Don’t trust them at all, Fortunately, thanks to the excellent advisors at Gray.Don.LLC I was able to rectify the situation.

Whatever you do, don’t believe one single word you hear from them. I have lost a substantial amount of money and I am disgusted at their ability to simply work as con men and thieves.

Hi everyone ! So I will start with something that I wanted to do, but didn't know how to trade on the stock market.
So I spoke to Micheal Moritz who is my sales manager, A very nice chap who is very easy to talk to and has had so much patience and understanding to help me and for me to trust him to show me how it all works, its like going back to school, I would not of been able to do this and start making money in just over a week without my great teacher/ sales manager Micheal Moritz. Its fantastic!! give it a go.

I opened an account with Crownexis.com on Monday 14 Sept 2026 and was shown the system by the client manager. I realised that it was not for me and asked that my account 410103819 be closed. Later I was phoned by a different client manager who ignored my repeated requests to close the account. The client managers that I spoke to were totally focussed on getting you to invest in a hard sell manner and simply ignored what I said so I decided to e-mail client relations.
I found Client Relations e-mail address from Trust pilot reviews. I sent an initial request titled to close order 410103819. Then sent and received several e-mails to and from them with the subject being my request to close the account. The outcome of this was that I was strung along for a number of days until client relations stopped responding to my e-mails at all so no progress has been made.
The company that hasn’t followed its Terms and Condition as item 21.1 states “The Client has the option to terminate the respective account or use of this site at any time, for any reason”.
It is now a week that I have been trying to close this account with no success and believe that I have been scammed out of my £200.55 deposit.
After posting my review and receiving their response I contacted Client Relations and was told that the delay in resolving the issue I had raised, was because of illness of the Client Relations advisor I was dealing with. Since her return she has issued a refund to my credit card and disabled the account. The company has complied with it's Terms and Conditions now and I'm pleased with their response and consider the matter closed.

After registering I was put onto a support manager, Ella. We have had 1 phone and 1 Zoom contact. Since then she has suggested 4 Zoom meetings but failed to keep any of them, 3 times without any explanation. The explanation later was a family emergency. I had asked twice for a written document outlining the organisation's fee structure and and closure policy. Nothing recieved, and am no nearer understanding how the system works.
On 11 September I wrote to Ella saying I had lost confidence that I would get the support promised, and wanted to close my account. A copy sent to Victor who arranged the initial registration. Nothing heard from either since.
My conclusion it must be a scam.

When I started with them, what they said was informative. They are basically teaching me about trading. The one and only disappointing issue was trying to persuade me to invest more money when I was not ready to. That said I have not had a bad experience with them.
