THE WORST COMPANY TO FEEL VALUED
At one time, Kristen genuinely appreciated the people who supported her. The longtime buyers, the loyal customers, and the people who believed in her from the very beginning — back when she was still selling on Etsy.
Sadly, it feels like those days are long gone.
The people who helped build this business into what it is today are now treated like an inconvenience. And today’s mystery box shopping was, quite honestly, a **major slap in the face to Diamond members and longtime buyers.**
Coveted pieces were sent to people who, at best, have only been customers for a year or two, while many of us who have supported this business from the very beginning were completely overlooked.
We have been here from the start. We supported the business when it was small. We bought, shared, promoted, recommended, and helped build the customer base that contributed to making this company what it is today.
And this is how longtime loyalty is rewarded?
**WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE.**
This isn't about not getting a particular piece. It's about what today's shopping event represented. It's about feeling completely disregarded after years of loyalty and support.
For me, this was the final straw.
And I know I'm not alone. Many of my friends in the chat groups feel exactly the same way. People are tired of feeling like their loyalty means nothing.
There comes a point where you have to stop supporting a company that no longer seems to value the people who supported it when it mattered most.
**For me, that point is today. I'm done.**
