Blatant disregard for Good faith…
Blatant disregard for Good faith business practice and Australian Consumer Law.
After having a crown employed sales agent visit my premises, ask me questions and recommend a forklift. I purchased said forklift, brand new.
Just over 1 year old, only done 36 hours, always maintained, the batteries died. The tech said it was likely a faulty battery, as batteries should last 5-7 years. Tech recommended we replace all 4 batteries.
After 4 months of fighting with Crown, they finally agreed to replace the batteries under warranty. Except they would only replace 1, not all 4.
3 months later, what do you think happened?
The other batteries died. And sure enough, they refused to replace it.
Do not buy a forklift from a company that only cares about its contracts with big corporations like Woolworths and Bunnings.
They don't care about the little guys, and they'll do everything they can to screw you over.
