Rand me up claiming to be from O2 and offer me a better deal. I questioned a lot of things and was given the usual drivel, I was happy to proceed at £12 per month which was a £3 saving - 5 months on Im paying nearly £20 for less phone usage. My direct debits have never worked and have to pay manually which is a pain. Rang O2 direct to complain only to be told Im under contract with this scammy company.. I repeat DO NOT sign up with them !!! It should be Illegal to pretend to be someone else and sell them a dirty contract

Crown communications contacted me pretending to be from 3 mobile and they told me lots of lies and I stupidly listened and signed the new contract with O2 which was for 3 years I was told it was for 1 year. Also my bill went up by £5 a month. Lessons learnt always read the contract.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was 'tricked' into changing to their business tariff by Martin Newbury (who I believe has now left the company!). The next day, I tried to exercise my 'cooling off' period and cancel - they said that O2 did not do cooling off periods. This is untrue - I have since tried to call them 33 times, sent 4 emails, and even completed the 'contact us' form on their website - no response at all.
I even went to the address quoted on their website..from what I can see, there is no sign of this business at that address.
I have reported them to Companies House, who have stated they will investigate this

This company helped me a get a lower bill on the same network im happy as i never changed anything except my bill is cheaper .

Do not use nothing but a scam was told i would receive a phone upgrade 2 months ago and now there trying to bill my for a phone I haven’t even got do not use!!

Complete scam of a company stay away this has been confirmed by my provider it’s definitely a scam stay away stay away don’t give them any details the phone number they provide 01213273441 is also a scam number the email address doesn’t work crown more like crap. I have been trying to contact Crown Communications for nearly two weeks. I was sold a 3 year contract, less than six months ago, one major selling point being that I was told there would be no price rise for 18 months. I have recently received an email from o2 saying that my tariff is to rise on the 1st April. Rather worryingly Martin Newbury’s email now comes back as ‘address not found’ as does customer enquires. Also the website seems to have disappeared. I have to say I share the concerns of a lot of the people who have put negative reviews. I had a very bad feeling shortly after signing the contract and I now think it’s all coming to light. ☹️

Absolutely useless. One month on & still no SIM to put in the supposedly 'new' phone they provided. NO customer service, no one returns your calls. AVOID AT ALL COST

They phoned to set up a Direct Debit...never did.
Too many things go wrong g. They totally ignore e mails.STAY WE AWAY FROM THIS UTTERLY RUBBISH GROUP OF CON MERCHANTS

Amazing customer service, unfortunately on this occasion I am unable to upgrade as still in contract however Jacob was able to upgrade my mom who is very happy. Jacob also had the time and patience assisting and recommending different devices for when I am able to upgrade.

I was nearing the end of my contract and needed support in finding the right deal.
I was given support and given the right deal.
I recommend using crown communication for upgrades.

I got a great deal on an I phone 12, couldn’t be more happy. Great customer service and communication. 5 starts

My direct debit didn’t go through with o2. I contacted o2 directly and they wouldn’t take my bars off. I managed to get in touch with my
Account managers with crown, they managed to set up my direct debit and helped remove my bars so I could make a payment. Really helpful service.

My phone had ran out of its warranty period and my battery was playing up. I contacted crown communication and even though my upgrade wasn’t due, and the warranty had expired they exchanged the handset for me. This was an amazing goodwill gesture and fantastic service!

They paid my early termination fee, really friendly sales staff. Happy with the service and would recommend

Great service! Excellent communication and efficient! My account manager William is really helpful, he was able to do an early upgrade for me as my phone broke and I didn’t have to pay extra. Really recommend their service
